Just got home from my appointment. I have dental anxiety from negative experiences. I felt comfortable the minute I walked into this office starting with the front desk associate. Next the treatment by the dental assistant, hygienist and Dr M. was so kind and professional. I am a senior and use a walker. So glad I found this practice.

We have been going to Pro-Health Dental for years and every single time it’s a great experience. The staff in the front desk is kind, diligent and always greet you with a welcoming smile. There is no waiting time if you made an appointment and there are several cubicles with garden view so it’s so calming to be there. The space is organized, full of light, sparkling clean and comfortable. Dr. Lu is professional, experienced, kind and the best with people. He explains everything in detail so we can be fully informed. Hygienists are professional and friendly. Some members of the staff also speak Spanish, so it makes it easier for clients that need to communicate and are not fluent in English (it happened once with my father and he felt welcomed and a sense of relief). My children also love going to the dentist because they feel great there and say they don’t even feel like the doctor is fixing their teeth.
Suggestion: It’s important to plan your visit moths in advance if you need a specific timeframe and Saturdays get booked fast, so planning is key.

I avoided dentists for over 20 years because of several bad experiences. My son recommended Dr Lu and I love my Dentist (Dr Ebarra). He is very thorough and explains everything in detail. I know what to expect. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Always cheerful and upbeat. Follow-up on appointments so I don’t forget. They are wonderful.

Very professional and courteous service. Sandy at the front desk is the best at arranging a convenient schedule and greeting every patient. Pamela, the hygienist does a great job and is completely painless. Dr. Lu is a great dentist and is always in such a positive mood. I recommend this dental group highly. Very clean, professional office with all the latest technology. I saw Dr. Ibarra today and was immediately comfortable and confident in his care. He is great to explain the procedure and painless!

Dr. Lu and his staff are incredible and always go above and beyond. I used to have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but they do a great job and I feel great coming in regularly to maintain a healthy smile. This goes for the normal treatment I’ve received along with the braces work. They’re very attentive to my needs and are very accommodating with my schedule.

Been coming here for years. Doctor Lu and the staff, especially the ladies in the front are all very pleasant and helpful. I love Sandy who has been there the longest as she is always wonderful to deal with. Pam is another favorite of mine and she has become my regular hygienist. The place is immaculate, colors and decor tastefully done. They also have the most up to date equipment.

02/07/22 hygienist was professional extremely attentive ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ! It was easy to make my first appointment. The reception area was neat and clean. The front desk medical employees were kind and considerate . The dental hygienist Sharon was professional, courteous and attentive! . The dentist Dr. Jeffrey Lu was considerate, thoughtful and sensitive to my needs. I must say sincerely I've been to a couple of Dentist office over the past year and a half and was dissatisfied. I don't know why maybe the COVID pandemic? It has been about two years finding the the Dentist that I felt Confident and secure to refer my wife and daughter as well. Therefore, Thank You Dr Lu and his front and back office associates team . So very I'm happy 😊
