My experience with Dr. Ueno and his staff was outstanding. Upon arrival, I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Ueno’s staff is very customer focused and makes sure every question asked is answered fully. Meeting Dr. Ueno for the first time, I found him to be very knowledgeable, patient focused and very personable. During our conversation I learned that Dr. Ueno keeps up with all new surgical procedures. His offices are appointed with the most current dental equipment.
My surgery went very well. And with 2-3 days of my surgery, my mouth was almost back to normal. My experience with Doctor and all staff members was outstanding. Every question was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. The care was outstanding. I recommend him highly.

I've met Dr Ueno and the center staff through my regular dentist's recommendation, and I am grateful...here is why.

To say that from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the Specialists' office, experience of getting the level of professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and care...is/are excellent would be an understatement!

My hopes at getting shot of having dental implants were very slim. We couldn't fight off the underlying lingering infection and get it under control. Thus, would have been left with one other option: denures. I was absolutely devastated and grieving a potential loss of healthy smile but also loss of bone due to infection.

Doctor Jeremy and his team made the implant a reality. Today, my infection is gone. I've had one successful implant and awaiting second final within next month.
It took serial debriedments of the osseum, not just antibiotics, to prevent me from getting osteomyelitis - serious chronic bone infection, which could have cost my health a lot more than just dentures, or now a successful implant.

It is only due to Dr. Ueno's talent, skill, and knowledge of pathology, I am here to attest how outstanding and excellent the service had been. I am not easily impressed. The outcomes speak for themselves. I have hope and beautiful healthy smile that I am proud of. Thank you kindly again to everyone at Ueno Dental Specialists! What an AMAZING team you all are.

I highly recommend Dr. Ueno. I had a failing titanium implant removed by him. I had 3 new Zirconia based implant posts installed (is that the right word? ha ha) and my tissue is so much more happier! I began working with a holistic dentist after multiple infections were found in my mouth and every root canal I had. The dentist I worked with partnered with Dr. Ueno for the implants (specialist) and removal of the failing implant. I LOVE that Dr. Ueno supported me in MY DECISION to have Zirconia implants vs. titanium implants as was recommended to me by another specialist. I love that he respected my wishes for my body and he did a terrific job! Since I am helping my mother with a similar (infection removal) and she has received two new implants. She is doing titanium and that works okay with her body. Their office is very clean and professional and feels upscale and that your in good hands. Their office took massive precautions to have me in during Covid-19 and I was in so much pain I felt like Tom Hanks on Castaway and ready to remove the tooth my self. THANK YOU to Dr. Ueno and his staff for taking good care of me and my mom. She is almost done too. Yay!

Had a great first visit for evaluation of teeth for gum grafting. Office staff were great: professional, patient and knowledgeable.
Just had the gum graft done yesterday. Procedure went well and I felt that I was in good hands. One star taken away b/c I did feel that Dr Ueno could have taken more time to explain the procedure beforehand and during the procedure itself. He was willing to answer my questions but didn’t communicate as much as I would’ve liked. I felt he was a bit rushed.

I can't thank Dr. Rayner enough for his level of expertise, experience and ability to help me feel like I was in the best hands possible! The Operatorium was very up to date/ technology used.
