I simply can’t say how impressed and thankful I am to Dr. Jesmine and her hygienist, for going the extra mile to make sure that I felt at ease and comfortable during my first visits with them recently. I was anxious due to some dental pain I had experienced years ago. Everyone in the office, even the front office staff, genuinely cared about me as a patient and that I was in good hands. I had my first visit with Dr. Jesmine and her team today and had the most comfortable, pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. It’s my least favorite type of doctor’s office visit, but the team was so warm and hospitable and encouraging. The doctor has a really gentle touch, explains everything very clearly, and goes out of her way to ensure comfort (she provided lip balm and sunglasses to block the light). She also completed the first part of my teeth cleaning, so it felt like she gave me a really thorough exam and addressed all of my concerns. The office is bright and modern and conveniently located. I am very grateful to have stumbled upon Dr. Jesmine’s practice and look forward to continuing my care with her. I highly recommend her services, especially for those like me who avoid going to the dentist!

Great dental office! I am very happy with the services and care I received from all of the staff. Dr. Jesmine is very kind and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I am usually very nervous going to the dentist but I felt at ease having everything explained to me thoroughly. Dr. Jesmine is very patient and will never hesitate to listen to any questions or concerns. The assistants working here are all very kind as well. Gabby at the front desk is great. She is also very helpful and gave me much needed answers.
The office is very clean and professional looking.
Overall I have received great care and friendly services at Innovative Smiles Long Beach.

Amazing doctor with an even more amazing team! Thank you for being so professional and attentive to everything I needed. So happy to start my Invisalign process with you to refine the previous work I had elsewhere. This is my new dentist in town! Conveniently located with parking in the rear which is hard to come by in Long Beach. Thank you Gaby for all your help in working with my insurance.

I had a toothache for about seven months that became unbearable. Couldnt sleep one night and I was very upset so I found this office via an 'emergency dental' search on a Friday. The DR. herself personally called me at 8 pm on a Friday to give me advice and get me in first thing Monday morning. WOW. This type of care and concern is hard to come by nowadays. Ultimately I chose to remove my tooth and get a bone graft in place. I was nervous about the numbing injection(s) and overall pain but I actually felt zero pain. My tooth was hard to remove but they did a great job keeping me comfy, I swear to you, ZERO pain or discomfort! I didn't have any insurance but they have a program for around $250 per year for people like me. You get discounts, cleanings, exams, xrays, etc. WOW. I feel like the staff here went above and beyond with me. I am so grateful, thank you guys SO much!

I normally hate the dentist, it gives me so much anxiety!!! This experience was so pleasant and exciting! The doctor was very thorough in explaining and answering any questions! Everyone was so nice and the office is super clean, cute, & modern! I am glad to have one doctor that I trust!!

Dr. Jasmine insisted and did proceed with a procedure eventhough I was very uncomfortable since my pressure was extremely high. It was 168 which was very high compared to my usual 117-121 over 74. Perhaps, her anxiousness to proceed with submitting a insurance claim superceded her better judgment for the patient care.
