A very good dentist. This dentist and his office is a 5/5 stars professional. His registered dental assistant is very nice, knowledgeable, and communicative.

Dr. Chan was able to make an evaluation from the X-Ray he took on my cracked tooth. He evaluated and explained about the procedures to save my tooth. I felt very informed by his expertise and I felt very lucky to have been seen by Dr. Chan. He is very well trained and has the proper experienced in saving and fixing cracked tooth.

Dr. Chan and his assistants knows other dental specialists that could help out his patient. He has the proper referrals to other specialist in the dental profession. Especially, in Endodontics. I felt very lucky to have seen by Dr. Chan who had referred me to be seen by Dr. Ryan for a root canal and cracked tooth filling. That referral went well and that referral got my tooth fixed and filled successfully.

Thank you Dr. Chan for being the best dentist to me. I highly praise and would recommend Dr. Chan to anyone with teeth problems.

Dr John Chan and his staff are far and above any other dental group. Everyone there is very professional while still being happy and caring. I've had quite a bit of dental work with no pain and very good results. The office is A+ on cleanliness and beautiful surroundings. It came highly recommended to me, rightly so.

Wow! I can’t say enough about Dr. Chan and his staff. Unfortunately, my primary dentist couldn’t accommodate my schedule, so I went to a different local dentist. They told me I needed to replace all of my current fillings, plus new cavities, and a a crown to boot! I was mind blown! A friend of mine recommended Dr. Chan and I’m so thankful she did. I was able to quickly get an appointment and surprisingly enough…the treatments the other office stated I needed, were unnecessary. I requested a chipped tooth be corrected and Dr. Chan gave me options to fix it and was honest about the procedures. I felt so comfortable and welcomed to the office. I set up an appointment to fix my tooth and will be going back as a regular patient. Btw, the office is extremely clean, private rooms, and it’s centrally located in Livermore. First impressions are lasting and I’m sold! Thank you Dr. Chan and your staff.

Every visit to Dr Chan’s office is great! The Staff super friendly and courteous! I always feel welcome and enjoy the conversations before, during and after my appointment...like visiting a family member.

Relative to quality of service...Top notch. My entire family are patrons and from cleaning to more complex procedures...every time we’re comfortable and satisfied with the pain-free service and the outcome of our procedure.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chan’s since he took over from the previous dentist at the old office (who was my dentist my entire life until that point). Dr. Chan has consistently provided excellent care for me and my whole family for years and years. I moved 45 miles away a few years ago and tried a new dentist, and after that impersonal and questionable service, I knew it was a no brainer to just drive the extra few miles. Whenever I visit Dr. Chan, I know I will always be treated with the utmost care and top-of-the-line treatment.

The whole team is very caring of your dental needs. They take their time to clean your teeth, provide the right consultation and are accommodating. I live one hour away and I still go to John Chan’s office because I know I can count on them. I needed an implant surgery because of years of neglect from a previous dentist; didn’t review my X-rays in depth, provide thorough cleaning, etc.. That’s when I started working with John. Best decision I have made!!
