I will start this by putting my old married name, just so he can not say it's a fake review.
I was Jennifer Caryl. My daughter Katrina Harden aka... Star Lynly.... and I started using Dr. Carr when she was 10 years old. I only used him a few times because he was not polite. I had to listen to a rant about the police and his tinted windows in his car while he was filling my tooth and completely destroying my gums all around the whole area. When I complained... I got attitude. Oh speaking about attitude. The woman that answerers the phone and makes appointments is the rudest person. She was ridiculous in her attitude toward me. She treated me like I stole her husband. I mean RUDE from the first moment she saw me. I had never met her before.
So back to Dr. Carr. Over the years he made my child feel awful about herself and her dental health. Ridiculed her for depression. Treated her pain after he militated her mouth like it was stupid and she was being dramatic. He told her she had gingivitis, she NEVER did. I asked him when she was 10 or 11 if she needed braces. He said nope her teeth were straight. She did. For over crowding. He blamed her for every cavity. It was NOT her fault. He degraded my child at a time she was extremely vulnerable. By then she was 16 and was afraid to find a new one that it would worse. So I let my child decide. I really wish I had put my foot down and found someone else. Dr. Carr is the reason my child will probably have to have dentures by the time she's 25. She's 22 now.

Say this is fake Dr. Carr. I'll come pull all out records. Unless you conveniently have you secretary destroy them. But then I do have insurance records.... So that would be a bad idea.

Additional information...
I called their office after Dr. Carr stated that I was never a patient and my daughter was never a patient. I asked about getting my dental records. I was told I could get my X-rays, after pushing I was told "Well they're not free" I stated they could be emailed....they won't do that. Why am I not surprised. I asked how much they were, since I was a fake patient I don't feel safe having mine and my daughters dental records with him. The secretary told me she'd have to "look into the cost" took my number..... Not my name or my daughter's name.. But then I called about 20 minutes after Dr. Carr claimed we were fake patients so there's a good chance she knew exactly who I was. Haven't heard back about cost.... Can't call now either... It immediately goes to voicemail, it did for my daughter too... Odd 🤔🤨

Dr. Carr has been my dentist for a couple of years. He and his staff have always been very professional, patient, and polite. Any procedure I've had, Dr. Carr personally checks on me that evening.

Do not go to this dentist. I spent the majority of my teenage years going here. Entire time I was told it was my fault my mouth was the way it was . Yesterday I went to a different dentist and I come to find out I have dental overcrowding and something to do my my root system and nasal passage being connected all the problems I had as a child and teen was because of anatomy . I was blamed for having poor hygiene when I frequently brushed and flossed . Multiple fillings I had done by him have fell out and the surrounding tooth broke soon after . I'm 22 now and paying out of pocket for the prior mistakes of this man. Before the office responds to my post saying I was never a patient at his office I indeed was I'm just posting this under an alternative name .

Do not go to this dentist i had a horrible experience every filling I had done didn't even last a year and I went back and showed him and he did nothing about it ,he was very rude to the lady working with him it was unbelievable..

I have a 4 year old I took her there and I swear the front desk lady and the nurse should not work there and how many 4 year olds don’t throw a fit when someone is trying to get close to their mouths and then turns around and tells me my kid needs to see another dentist you know I’m so glad that I am going somewhere else with my business and I can’t stand ignorant people like the way we got treated especially my 4 year old daughter

I ordered a new partial they said 4 weeks 7 weeks later I went in to try it on it did not fit, 4 weeks later I tried in again and it was worse. I went in this morning another 5 weeks later and they said they had to start over. I told them to cancel it because they could not seem to make it right after all these weeks and Dr. Carr informed me that I had to pay the lab fees of 250.00 in order to cancel. I was totally ripped off. When you can not do the job you should eat the cost. Dr. Carr did not care about the problems they have had all he wanted was his lab fees. Very angry.

You are not good with children, at all. You’re very rough with them, you don’t take the time to even attempt to calm them down. You don’t hardly say a word to the parent, and then my nephews mouth was bleeding when you walked out of the office. This is unacceptable behavior and if you’re unwilling to be nice to children, make your office for adults only.

No I am not a patient before you make that unnecessary comment. My kids were and then when I had to reschedule an appointment the lady said they would give me a call because they have nothing available anytime soon. I was going into labor, had no choice but to reschedule so I scheduled the same day with someone who was able to see them soon. I’m telling my nephews and his mother’s experience today. Those of which are former patients.

Very clean and organized facility. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. Dr. Carr was professional, personable and technically excellent. I had no discomfort, he was quick and he even followed up with me later in the day even though this was only a filling and not a major extraction. I have never had a dentist do that.
