Johnson Ranch Dental

I wanted to leave a very positive review of Johnson Ranch dental and Dr Hoopes. It was easy to make my appointment on the phone and the girls at the reception area are very sweet and efficient. I had to cancel my first time as i was ill and they were very understanding and worked with me to find another date. I went and had a good cleaning and dental review. I needed a crown so went back today. Dr Hoopes worked on making me comfortable and there was virtually no pain. Amanda the hygienist was wonderful and took very good care of me as well. I would highly this dental practice for any of your dental needs.

Dr. Hoops is one of the best. The service here is great, he is not hard on your mouth. The biggest thing I love is he is honest about what work you need to have done and no extras thrown at you. Honest pricing, great staff. They make you comfortable. I usually have high anxiety coming to the dentist, it’s not like that here, I’m calm, I know it’s uncomfortable, but it’s not going to hurt. I’ve had teeth pulled, cavities filled, fitted for crowns, and will be getting my partial here after years of extra work that wasn’t needed by other dentists. Highly recommend!!

I have had several dental procedures in the last couple of years, including surgery, cleanings, fillings and crowns. Dr. Hoopes has been very clear in explaining the procedures and answering my questions. All the procedures have been painless. The staff is amazing, fun and kind. The office is clean and welcoming. They also work well with insurance companies. Highly recommend the office in San Tan Valley on Bella Vista.

Great experience on first visit! Front office staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The hygienist was also friendly and knowledgeable. My consultation with Dr. Hoopes was friendly and professional. He has over 10 years of experience and is very knowledgeable and thorough at explaining your treatment plan and options. I’m very pleased and happy with my new dentist choice!

This was only my second visit, the first time six months ago was ok, but this time the lady taking my X-rays kept having to do them over and the plastic holder she put in my mouth was extremely painful, I have never had this happen before and I always have X-rays done annually. The Dentist was openly upset at me that I didn’t have all the X-rays done, but I had to stop her because it was so painful. I will NOT go back there again.

I have been coming here for years. The staff has always been outstanding. Always answers all my questions with insurance and payments, they have worked with me . I have always. When nervous going to the dentist and they made it easy and comfortable. Always smiling and very clean. I would recommend 10/10 everytime. I’ve had crowns to bridges done. They were there to help if the temporary popped off. Never lectured me on anything just friendly education. I just love them ?
