My niece had an appt on Oct. 3rd for a consult. We went and also went ahead and scheduled an appointment to get dental work done for her. We were asked by the girl who sets up the appointments what day would be best. I told her a Wednesday would be the best option. We went ahead and scheduled for Oct 19th. On that day of the 19th, she had an earlier appt. For something else, after that we had breakfast and then headed over to This place for her appt. ( i did not take her to school or home because we live outside of Fresno, and it would of been pointless for her to go to school for an hour just to get pulled back out for the visit, the trips weren't worth the time spent driving and gas.) when we got there we were informed that she was not even on the schedule, they looked around their computers to find her name and nothing. They couldn't even find a "future appt" they said. I was annoyed with myself for not having the business card which had the date of the appt. Anyway, they made me feel dumb, and said they would reschedule her for another day ( they didn't even know what it was they were scheduling her for!!) i told them i had to see what days we were available for another visit since it is an inconvenience for us, since we live outside of fresno. I came home to look for the card and found it! It reads 10/19/16 @11:30am. Oh they also offered for me to return after their lunch which was at 2pm. I told them no thank you. I do not plan on staying in Fresno all day, and i also had my other niece and nephew to pick up from school. I told them i would give them a call. Needless to say, i will never return to them. Unfortunately i can not say if Dr. Alzate is a good dentist or not, since we did not get to meet. But as far as the girls in the front. They SUCK!

This doctor is nothing but money hungry. He will remove your teeth without second guessing. He’s rude and so unprofessional. Do not go to him! Don’t trust him with your teeth! He’s charging me $3000 for my wisdom teeth extractions when I have insurance that can fully cover.

It took me 7 years to finally have my wisdom teeth pulled out. I finally found an honest dentist office. I usually have had bad experiences at the dentist, however, this was the best experience I had ever had with the dentist. The staff kept the office clean, the staff was professional, overall, I recommend those who wish to find an outstanding dentist office. Thank you so much. I hope to pass on the gift of doing great things for others in the community one day. It’s great to know there are still good people in the world.

My whole experience was terrible. I was waiting I outside for 20 minutes on hold until I finally just came inside because it was ridiculous. I was asked if I had printed out a form, had no idea. Made me do a simple 5 question screening and then they had me fill out papers. I had a relative with me, grandmother, making sure I had filled my stuff out right and a woman who worked there had the audacity to come out and say in a rude-loud tone that she couldn’t be there and I’m old enough. Excuse me? She’s elderly and was making sure I was good to go since I’m a young adult. After I did get called back, I was consulted and told I obviously needed my wisdom teeth out. The doctor was there and his assistant told me he would be out for 3 weeks and asked if it was okay. I’m in pain! Terrible experience. So bad that I went to my previous DDS right after where I got my previous wisdom teeth extracted 6 years ago in Selma. With them I got seen within 10 minutes and set up an appointment. Easy as that. I would not recommend this place. Staff is not friendly, they’re impatient, and very rude with ridiculous procedures.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were very helpful and able to remove two teeth that were giving me problems and creating serious problems with my sinuses and ears. They managed to get me taken care of the same day - which is very difficult to have done. Highly professional and caring staff - I would definitely recommend them!

I went in for a tooth extraction my appointment was given from one day to another super fast. All covid preventions were taken office is super clean well disinfected from where I sat down to where I was taking an x-ray and where I was attended everything was wiped down the moment I got up for the next patient. The assistant was very professional and very nice she explained everything to me the dentist pulled out my tooth without any problems the only thing was I felt was the anesthesia when he injected me that was brutal he was a bit rough but his assistant explained to me that the part that was being treated is one of the sections that is usually the most painful parts of the mouth and this is why it hurts so much. Other than that everything was at its best I have no complaints now I just have to deal with the aftermath of pain in my mouth from this extraction but definitely I give the office an overall five stars and recommend them to family and friends.

I was very nervous to have a biopsy. The dental assistant was very nice and patient. She explained everything in detail and didn't make me feel rushed. She was thorough with x-rays and prepping me for the the Dentist. The dentist was straight to the point. He worked fast and without a heavy hand (thank God) . The office staff were all friendly and welcoming. I especially liked my dental assistant. She was extremely nice. I don't remember her name but she has the long black hair and the big holes in her ears. Thank you...I Really appreciate your help.

I had an 11am appointment for wisdom teeth removal. Two on top and one on the bottom that was covered partially under bone. I had such a painless and seamless experience here. The doctor estimated at my previous consultation a 20 minute procedure and he delivered just that. There is extra time involved for prepping materials and the after procedure wait to make sure you’re okay, but that’s to be expected.
The actual wisdom teeth removal involves local anesthesia. The injections were fast and didn’t hurt too badly. You can tell he does these removals often by how quickly and painlessly he removed them. I felt nothing.
The other staff assisting were kind and knowledgeable. The doctor trusts them and you can tell that by how much they offer when you talk to them.
My only real qualm was the wait time. I came 5 minutes early and checked in on time. They do text saying to arrive 15 mins early, but unfortunately that’s not an expectation I can grant them. I waited nearly an hour to be given a room. So that’s why I rated it 4/5.
Overall, I recommend them. I appreciated how he gave such an honest estimate and then conducted the procedure exactly how he told me. The other staff are nice, so you’ll be comfortable asking them anything related to your appointment. Thank you to everyone who assisted me in my appointment!
