Very nice guy. He was upbeat and friendly the whole appointment. It was a pretty gnarly dental surgery and bone graph. It would have been hellish with a less pleasant person yanking out pieces of tooth *shudder*

Dr Kong and his staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have been with Dr Kong for about 8 years and have never had a bad experience. He makes every effort to make you feel comfortable and talks you through everything. His staff genuinely listens to your response when they ask how you are doing and what’s new with you. They don’t just ask because it sounds nice. Dr Kong has taken the bad stigma of going to the dentist away and I don’t cringe when I know I have an appointment coming up.

I normally hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Kong and his staff are great! I have always had issues finding the right dentist but I finally found him. Dr. Kong and his staff make you feel very comfortable and welcome even as a new patient. They're always very professional, and they keep a clean and sterile work environment which makes me feel at ease knowing that they all pay attention detail. Dr. Kong is hands down the nicest and most thorough dentist I've met! I was DREADING my root canal because of all the bad things I've heard, but luckily I came to Dr. Kong for it and I could have literally fallen asleep while he worked, I didn't feel a thing! Which amazed me because that was always my problem with previous dentists. He's very explanatory and great at his job, if you're lokking for a new dentist, look no further!

What makes Dr.Kong so special from every other dentist is not only his great personality but also his extraordinary work done on his patients. I have never been in pain while Dr.Kong is working on my teeth because he is very gentle and will stop anytime you feel uncomfortable or need a break. I wish I could give more stars this place and the people working here really took care of me with super caring and professional work. I was nervous to try a new office but I had a cracked tooth and needed something done right away. They were able to fit me in the next day after I had called, with also very good rates for someone with no insurance. I had Doctor Kou work on my teeth and he had such a calm caring and straight forward energy. I also got the chance to meet Doctor Kong and he was sweet and helpful made sure I was taken care of. all the hygienists were so sweet and on top of informing me through each step and the ladies at the front desk were amazing as well. I highly recommend this office. As someone that has really sensitive teeth and has seen a handful of dentist this was by far my best experience
