I’ve been coming here since Phillips owned it and now Dr Liu is here and this dentist is still
the best! The ladies at the front desk Roxanne and Nancy are amazing, just so so wonderful, they make you feel like family. The ladies that work in the back and the hygienists are so wonderful as well! Dr Liu is amazing too, he truly cares about his patients. He did a cavity for me and he took his time and did an amazing job! I’m super grateful for all of them. They are the best! They truly care about their patients and will take care of you. If you’re looking for a new dentist I promise you will love them here!!

Yesterday, with a tiny bit of apprehension ( no one really likes change), I went in for a cleaning (Janeen is THE Best), and had the opportunity to meet Dr. Liu. I am delighted! This is an addendum to my first review. Today, December 11, 2024, I had an appointment with Dr. Liu to have a crown procedure. I was actually looking forward to it. I knew it would give me a valuable observation of Dr. Liu's work. I am delighted, and I may have just told EVERYONE in the office that as I left. Dr. Liu is an artist with a needle! No one likes those injections, and I am no different. The injection was absolutely pain free. Before the procedure, Dr. Liu reviewed in detail what he was going to do, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He was gentle, asking every so often how I was doing. Well, I was doing GREAT!! He and Laura took time to explain where we were in the procedure, what was coming next, and what I could expect. The entire experience simply could not have been any better.
Dr. Liu is young, likely in this mid-thirties. I am in my mid-70's. He may well be my last dentist, and that thought makes me very happy. Again, thank you, Laura. Thank you to all of the staff who always treat us so well. And thank you, Dr. Liu. You are a delight.

I hadn't been to the dentist since Justin Phillips retired and Tong Liu bought his practice. I was pleased to learn that the previous staff had been retained, and the level of service, based on this one experience, seems to be at the same high level as before.

Dr. Justin is the gentlest dentist around. He has been our dentist for over 20 years!! The new dentist, Dr. Liu, is also extremely gentle and thorough. And his work is beautiful, like a work of art. Janeen is a super hygienist, gentle and thorough. The rest of the staff is super too.

Phillips Family Dentistry is fabulous and Janeen is the best hygienist ever and Roxanne and Nancy in the front office are always so cheerful and helpful. Dr. Phillips is incredible. The day before a trip to Mexico, my daughter had a dental emergency. He came in on the weekend to see her.
