Ms. Bailey and Dr. Kayla were so friendly and amazing with me today for a cavity filling! I will be coming back in November for a cleaning! And they will work with you even if you don’t have dental insurance. Thank you everyone and staff members for being so kind to me!❤️

I had a very pleasant experience at Dr Ellis’ office. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The office and patient areas were clean and well furnished. The only problem was the scheduling. They were running behind on their schedule because they were working in patients from a recently retired dentist. The staff may have been short handed as well. This problem should be taken care of in the near future. Overall my experience was excellent.

Called to tell me my appointment was canceled due to two people being out sick. Then proceeded to tell me that they are booked until March but she will put me on the on call list if someone cancels. That makes no sense my appointment was booked 6 months in advance so why should I have to wait when they are the ones that canceled my appointment! I will not be using them anymore.

Everyone was very kind. The wait was normal for me as a new patient who had to fill out paper work! Dr. Ellis is great… I appreciate how easy he was with me and that he worked with me to help get bad tooth gone!! Painless and fast. Definitely will be my dentist in the future and so on.

I have dental anxiety and I've never been to a place where I felt so taken care of. The dentists and assistants are very knowledgeable. The staff is kind and wonderful. They are patient and make sure I am comfortable before doing any work. I feel so comfortable asking questions and they're always happy to answer.

We’ve always loved Dr. Ellis. He’s been amazing to us as patients and us as people! I’ve been suffering with my upper top left tooth for 3 wks and he was able to fit me in and removed the abscess tooth that I’ve been in desperate need the day that I called I didn’t know if he’ll be able to see me without us having the same insurance we had before, but they were able to file it even though our new insurance is out of network for them, but he and his amazing staff fix me a right up and gave me an antibiotic!

Too me, the thoroughness of the dentist and her honesty in what my exam showed was refreshing. Andi, was really personable and made a new patron in me feel like a regular who had been there for years. I’m used to lower prices with Dr. Whitt! I miss that. Though, I still plan on adding dental insurance to my general plan during open enrollment in June helping me negate any new expenses I’m now paying. With Kim I was content in not having it, due to no real dental needs and infrequent visits. I’ll come in twice a year for cleanings instead of once when I’m insured in 2023, and get the maximum care I need with you all then. Happy Holidays
