They canceled on my appointment day of saying doctor was out sick. Before that they were harassing and threaten to not see my wife over a review from a year ago. The reception Chavonna was rude and unprofessional. She hung up on my wife to confirm a appointment. Now I get this letter saying they don't want to see my wife and I over a review. I will file a grievance about their service. This is a place they are suppose to help you, not base it on opinion. What did I have to do with this. I did not say anything to be punished. And I waited a year for appointment and they canceled day of. I came here for my teeth and health. And I'm leaving with high blood pressure, stress and untreated teeth. DON'T COME HERE. THEY BASE THEIR SERVICE ON REVIEWS. They should be investigated with how they treat their patients. Very unethical. If you have tooth problems don't come here.. They will leave you with health stress problems.

Kam’s Dental Care was great! The two secretaries at the front desk established a welcoming environment, and their extensive knowledge regarding dental care laid all my concerns to rest.

Dr. Kam and his assistant were also friendly and insightful. In addition to keeping the atmosphere light, they provided me with plenty of resources to use at home to improve my dental health.

Irene the hygienist was great too. She maintained a positive atmosphere by cracking a few good jokes while cleaning my mouth, and she was conscientious of my time. I’m already scheduling another appointment with Dr. Kam, and I hope more people check them out.

I have been a patient of Kam Dental Care since 1997 and I could not be happier with the service I receive. Dr. Curtis Kam, Irene (Dental Hygienist), Chavonna (Office Manager), Melanie (Dental Assistant) and Shaunte (Receptionist) and the entire Team have been incredibly professional, friendly and very attentive to my needs.

The office is always neat and clean, it is equipped with the latest technology which makes each visit comfortable and efficient. Dr. Curtis Kam always takes the time to explain any procedure and ensures that I am comfortable with what he is doing prior to starting his work. When needed he has referred me for Orthodontic care.

What sets Dr. Curtis Kam and his Team apart from some other dental offices I’ve used in the past, is the genuine care shown to their patients. They are meticulous in their work, paying attention to detail to ensure the best possible outcome for their patients. Since I began using the services of Kam Dental Care, I have felt supported and that I am in the hands of qualified professionals.

The staff at Kam Dental Care are to be equally commended. Chavonna and Shaunte are front and center, greeting clients with a smile. Chavonna is the best at troubleshooting any issues I may have. In the 27 years I have been with Kam Dental Care I have only had a hand full of issues that Chavonna quickly resolved. Irene is always waiting with a smile for my cleanings. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, making it easy to schedule and complete appointments.

I would like to thank Dr. Curtis Kam and his amazing Team, for always delivering outstanding service and a wonderful patient experience. I highly recommend Kam Dental Care for your dental needs.

On monday I was there trying to ask about my ppo insurance. I was ignored they / she didn't seem busy but when i politely tried to ask i got a rude attitude from the lady. I left I'm on my 70s i dont need this

[EDIT 2024: The day of my appointment the receptionist Chavonna we were suppose to talk about my appointment but she brought up this review form a year ago . She said they can refuse service . I had asked what over a review ? So now you have you get punished /refused service for speaking your opinion online . My husband got punished for no reason . He didn't know about this review . They cancelled his appointment after he waited a year to go . Im planning on writing a grievance because unethical and not right . All this over their 4.7 star reviews . I wonder how many of these patients were blackmailed or harassed by the receptionist too . My husband came here for teeth issues , and now he has high blood level and stress . Dont come here . They dont care about your health . They sent a letter to my husband and I refusing service . ] Ive been in tooth pain because it got chipped or a filling piece fell off . I even called after hours . They said they are too busy and I have to wait a week . I called a lot saying how bad I feel . And I’ve been in so much pain and pregnant and shared my fears and how I felt . I can’t eat or drink anything . They always make you wait the longest . The receptionist said go to the Er if I’m in so much pain . I’m definitely changing dentists after this appointment . Horrible horrible service .
