Dr Tadros has been our family dentist for 3 years now. The office is run by him and his wife. He is best dentist we’ve ever been to. We’ve had several treatments in their office and their work is good. I would highly recommend them.

This dental office belongs to a couple. Their behavior is very aggressive or at least not nice and respectful toward their patients. They do not greet their customers nicely. In very recent event I forgot to bring my mask while visiting their office. I asked them to give me a mask but they rejected me rudely. They just kept repeating the county regulation about mask mandate. I explained that I totally understood the regulation I just forgot to bring my mask. But they rudely rejected me for my appointment. They might have followed the law and regulation but they ignored the respect to their patients by simply providing a mask when they enter the office. This is how a business can build a healthy and respectful relationship with its customer, but this dental office doesn’t not understand this simple concept. I will not get back to this office anymore. Besides their aggressive behavior, the quality of their service is not good as well. I still have pain in my tooth after a treatment from more than a year ago.

This dentist has lack of communication and manners, I called them on Dec 15th to schedule an appointment and he said they have a slot at 8:30 am Dec 16, I asked him if they have any other day later than that with later time after 1 pm and he said that this is the only slot available or else I will have to wait until after Christmas, sonI had to take an emergency leave from my work to show up at their dentist on time, and then when I showed up they asked me for $14, when I asked why? They said because it's an emergency visit and I never said that it's an emergency and lady said when you scheduled an appointment less than 24 hours we considered that an emergency, that was sarcastically funny because I never mentioned that it's an emergency and I actually had to manage my time according to their availability, the money wasn't an issue at all, it's they way they address how they work, and then he said I will wave the emergency fee and see you for 5 mins as if he is making me a favor and he didn'tdo anything related to his job. These people do not value people's time and I do not recommend them at all.

I had a tooth extraction and graft done here and Dr Tadros assured me when I was nervous and took me through the steps of what was next. I wish I could have stayed there for the implant that I need done!
