First time patient first visit went well everyone was excellent then went back because of an abcessed tooth cause they said they do walk ins if things worsen. Told the receptionist what was going on and she misunderstood me saying I said something else entirely was snotty to me but literally nice to everyone else. Dentist talked my doctor and got approval but she wouldn't pull it 3 days of running around and wasting time. 100% NOT a good place if that's how they treat people. I'm not that desperate to go back UPDATE: they told me my tooth was hurting because I had a lot of cavities and that's all it was but went somewhere else to get it pulled and the dentist was utterly shocked by how it looked it was badly infected.

The receptionist was very cold and rude when my child needed to get an emergency appointment. One employee told my son he could use the remote in the lobby, she said he couldn’t. She was snappy with other patients while I was there. Short in conversation and with a bad attitude. Glasses and ombré hair dye. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Due to malpractice I nearly lost my life receiving a simple biopsy. I had to be rushed to the ER almost immediately after my biopsy with Tracey Arwood and Michelle Goss. I will be continuing to seek answers as to why my care was failed, due to this procedure I nearly went septic if the Dr’s at St Luke’s didn’t save my life. This was a simple removal. Please be wary of where you recieve your care. I was excited, hopeful and I am trying to ensure my life is a healthy and long one. It was almost shorted to only 29 due to this hospital.

Found KC Care because they're subsidized and I'm between jobs.

First appointment the doc claimed to be eager to help me and said he'd be able to. He had me get bloodwork done just to establish baseline levels.

Second appointment two weeks later, he seemed like he was trying to wash his hands of me ASAP. The bloodwork confirmed that I needed the treatment I was seeking. However, he told me he couldn't help me directly (contradictory to what he said the first visit). Instead he gave me a referral to an expensive specialist, negating the purpose of going through KC Care.

Wish he told me that up front not after weeks, two visits, and bloodwork. Waste of time and money. Humiliating to have gotten my hopes up, wait two weeks, only to find I've been lied to.

EDIT: Learned today that I can't even fill prescriptions from a specialist at KC Care's pharmacy. Seems this is just about squeezing me for the cost of the medication. Figures.

EDIT 2: I went through all the hoops and saw the specialist and got more (external, expensive) bloodwork done. And they decided, too, that they don't want to help me. What a load of bull and immense waste of time and money.

I've seen 2 doctors here already and this is the first time in 2 years that I felt heard and cared for. Both female doctors were very empathetic and thorough with explanations and information they collected. Previous doctors did not want to hear me out and made assumptions about my health rather than give it attention. I will be continuing to go here. The nurses and office staff are decent most of the time.

I went in because I had a tooth infection. Instead of giving me any antibiotics or anything, they just ripped the tooth out and told me to go home with nothing but a syringe. Malpractice at its worst.

Stacy and Nyeli were extremely helpful when I walked in. They helped me navigate the paperwork, etc, without making it feel like I was pestering.
Tianna was awesome with her care. She seemed empathetic, thorough, and she, like the doctor, made the information accessible, so I could make decisions for myself.
Dr Pender was thorough in her examination and also gave me the information I needed in a concise and clear manner.
I'm booking follow-up exams, a cleaning, and treatments because of my awesome experience. This place makes dental care accessible for

Been here a couple times, for dental and gyno. Dental folks were professional friendly and efficient. I know they recently moved some folks from another location over (my gyno) and she's great. Little confusing building to navigate, just make sure to give yourself enough time to find your way.

Just got off the phone with Nicole who seemed wholly uninterested in helping or talking to me. She sighed throughout the entire conversation, was short and rude with her answers, and ultimately I didn't get anything booked. Very bad first impression as I tried to become a new patient.
