I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tara and Jennifer! They were absolutely amazing in helping my daughter and me navigate the process of getting Invisalign. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly educate us about all the options, patiently answering every question we had and ensuring we felt confident in our decision.

The doctor was equally fantastic – hands down the best orthodontist ever! Not only was she kind and approachable, but she also took the time to explain the process in a way that made us feel completely at ease. My daughter left the office excited about her new Invisalign journey, which is a testament to the amazing team at this practice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care and expertise in orthodontics! Thank you for making this experience so positive and seamless!

They are all about money. More than once I've paid in full, than months later they'll call saying they've adjusted something and that I owe them more money. I was recently quoted for a procedure that was $505. Nobody called to tell me it was adjusted or that it would be a different price. I showed up today and the total was 1880$ Huge difference, once my daughter is done here I'll be done with this dentist. They won't get my other kids to be patients here.

I brought 3 of my Kids here at Kids Care Dental and Orthodontics Folsom, we are extremely happy with their excellent service! Caring and knowledgable staff, ( Inwish I knew their names) from booking appointments smoothly, checking in with the awesome ladies at the Front Desk, making me and my kids feel welcome and less anxious. The Dental assistants are very caring, making my boys feel at ease, and lastly, the amazing Dentists! My oldest son did not even felt that his tooth was extracted. What a very gentle hands you have Dr. Shaw! and the warm, caring personality of all the staff! I highly recommend Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics Folsom! You are in good hands with them!

Their ability to correct teeth on kids is fine and staff are nice.

But it’s like hearding cattle in there. There’s no time forgiveness if you’re late, but they are always late with a full wait room.
I tried to notify them that we were going to be late but you can’t get through to anyone because they have a separate phone service because it’s all about how many kids can they squeeze in to maximize their commercial like industry.

Not happy with that- children should never be turned away.

We've been taking our two sons here for the past 6 years since their first teeth grew in. We've been very happy with the in-office experience (5 stars); however, if you have to call them for anything besides a standard cleaning appointment, the experience is a NIGHTMARE (such a nightmare that it brings them down to 2 stars). You can never actually talk to your location. You get sent to a useless call center that serves as the intermediary. They can never actually reach the local office, though, so they email them, and if you miss the call back (because you work full-time like most people), you get to start the entire frustrating process again. When I ask if I can just walk in and talk to a person face-to-face, they tell me that Kid's Care doesn't operate like that. Despite being very satisfied with the actual treatment my children receive, it's almost the last straw as far as the communication goes. Other dentists can treat my kiddos well AND allow me to talk to their actual office to schedule a rather expensive ortho treatment.

Let’s not take into account that KCD&O schedule appointments on Veterans Day, the fact that they would schedule an appointment to work on two early cavities they found 2-1/2 months ago to bring us in to only tell me that he has two cavities and need to schedule to bring him in to have them worked. Tells me this place doesn’t have a clue anymore. That they do this to bring in more revenue. Folsom Kids Care Dental practice is padding the billing to our insurance. I will be reporting them.

Everyone has been super nice and helpful. I didn't give 5 stars because when we were scheduled for an intake they did a cleaning instead. Then dealing with billing is a pain. Each time is a new person who says something different. When I called and asked for a clarifying call back they assured me someone would call back that day or the next and I never heard back.

Per usual, amazing care today! With two ortho kiddos, we are there a LOT 🤣 and we always have the best experiences. So kind, patient and informative!
