My kids have been going here for about 5 years. They’ve always been great for us. Today my 6 year old saw Angie as his dental hygienist and she was amazing. His last few trips to the dentist he’s had a really hard time (no fault of the staff) and she was just so good with him and it was his first great dentist appointment in a really long time. Everyone here is very professional and friendly and I’ve never had any billing or insurance problems. It’s very clean, has all the bells and whistles that new pediatric dental offices have now like the movies during treatment, tv and video games in the lobby, etc. My family has had nothing but good experiences here in every aspect. Also the front desk staff is also great, start to finish great customer service and care.

I bring my daughter in to Kids Care Dental every six months for a cleaning and preventative care. She is always excited for her appointments and she loves the Kids Care facility. The staff is helpful and kind. They make follow up easy and their services are affordable, especially with their monthly payment program. We will continue getting all of her pediatric dental services here at Kids Care Dental. I would highly recommend Kids Care to other parents as well.

This is the second year we've brought my 4-year old here. Although the staff is nice, they rush through everything without explaining what they're doing. My kid has near perfect teeth, so there's not much to talk about. Still, as a patient, if we feel rushed, that's a problem. Also, this is the second time the dentist applied flouride without asking if it's okay to do so. We use flouride free toothpaste for our kid. Again, they rush through things.

Kids Care is wonderful! Every visit we have is a great experience! Very friendly staff and knowledgeable dentists. Everything is always super quick and easy!

Scammmm!!! 👎👎👎Don't take your kids to this dentist location unless you want to pay more out of your pocket. Their billing system is a scam or they training their staff to suck out more money from patient parents. This is my kids case, when i took my kids in for a work we both agreed on a number for that treatment then i confirmed with them over and over to make sure no weird numbers later on. They said "yes, yes, yes" that's your final bill. And guess what a month or two later they call and say you have to pay additional. They kept doing this to my kids for years. The only reason we still going with them until now because doctors they are good and my kids feel comfortable to let them treat. I hope state agency should look into this dental.. I will continue writing until they stop or out of business!!! Business has no heart👎👎👎👎

My daughter had a great visit for her very first appointment. Everyone was very welcoming and kind! They explained everything to her as they used different tools. She ended up doing great and I think she’ll do very well with future visits.

I give 4 stars because scheduling an appointment for a decent time is nearly impossible. Also if I need to reschedule my daughter has to wait 2 months to be seen. I think they take in more clients than they can handle.

We love Dr. Carson & all the staff! We’ve had a different hygienists each time & they have all been fabulous. My daughter came with me to my adult dentist and she said she’s happy she goes to Kids Care because it’s more fun!
