Been coming for a few years now and the staff are amazing. Only down fall is when it’s time to register for school. The dental exam paper will take over 2 weeks FYI . Not sure why but never had a problem until I had to call an ask where it was at, then they send me the email. Better communication is needed when it comes to paper work especially with kids information on it.

My daughter has sensory issues and Kids Care Dental has been fantastic to work with over the past few years. They get it! My daughter feels comfortable with all of their staff members and at their facility. Kids who need a quieter space can go to a separate room and the staff understands that sometimes you need to adapt to the comfort level of kids to help them. We love our visits and my daughter’s teeth are all the better for it! Thank you, Dr. Armand, and all of the staff members!

My kids have been coming to this dentist since babies and never had a single issue with anyone that has seen them. The doctors and assistants here are all great! My oldest recently started treatment for braces and Mashayla has been THE BEST with the entire process. She helped us get started and explained everything thoroughly from what it would cost to what treatment would be looking like. She is super friendly and caring just as much as the entire staff is as well.

I was skeptical at first with Kids Care Dental. After my son had a traumatic experience at his previous dentist, we decided to try Kids Care Dental. Since going to Kids Care Dental, my son’s dental anxiety has been greatly reduced. He still gets scared but the dentist and staff are so warm, welcoming, and patient with him that he can go in confidently.

My daughter had to have two teeth pulled. The dentist and hygienist both made it the best experience possible. The hygienist was AMAZING. She could tell how nervous my daughter was and went out of her way to connect with her and make her feel comfortable. The dentist showed my daughter his tools and explained every step so she felt involved and there were no surprises to scare her. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

The dental assistant was absolutely amazing I want to start off there. And I appreciated her the Dr not so much I felt like he didn't know what he was doing my daughter had an extraction he pulled out some of the tooth but could not get the rest of the tooth out and kept switching tools and worked on my daughter age 8 for an additional 45 minutes it was scary he said this happens sometimes with 2 percent of people. And became sassy and a little unprofessional in front of my daughter. I then said we can just stop then he said it's my professional place to say this is an emergency and I said and I am the parent my daughter has been through enough distress. I do not recommend it's not the same since the other doctors are not there. Please do your research before coming here.
Highly disappointed seems like he didn't know what he was doing then proceeded to say he needs it to be quiet to do the extraction.

I really enjoy this dentist and so does my child. However, I have been trying to call before they close at 2 on a Saturday so I can reschedule an appointment without getting charged a $50 cancellation fee. But nobody answers the phone. I’ve called 7 tines in 15 minutes and it just rings and rings. Not sure how they can charge $50 fee if I am actively trying to cancel an appointment, but their end wont answer the phone. It’s very frustrating. They need a better system for canceling an appointment. This has happened before and even though I left a message 48 hours in advance they still brought up how I would have been charged $50 fee, but since it was my first time it would be waived. It’s cold and flu season and kids get sick over the weekend, if you’re not answering your phone during business hours on Saturdays, how are we supposed to cancel a Monday appointment
