Had my wisdom teeth removed here, both dentist were nice, offices are clean and staff is friendly. I initially scheduled my surgery with doctor Kim and received a call later that week that he was going to be out of town and needed to reschedule. Inconvenient as my husband had already taken the time off for my procedure. I told them I couldn’t reschedule and they scheduled me with the other Dr. Kim for the same day. The other downside, Be ready to wait a LONG time to be seen. For a follow up appointment after my wisdom teeth were pulled, I waited over an hour and a half (1.5) for a 10 minute visit. The only reason I continued to come back was because my wisdom teeth were causing me a lot of pain and needed them removed.

All of the staff are so sweet and patient. Dr.Kim went explained the process and the risks of surgery. The staff kept asking if I was Okay before the procedure and handed me a blanket since I said I was cold. I had no complications during surgery and even though I am Sore and in pain. I’m so glad to have gone here because I felt respected and cared for as a patient.

I am so grateful to Dr. David Kim DDS! Sun Dental Clinic in Buena Park referred my husband to this clinic, and my husband had his left wisdom tooth surgery there on Monday, 9/25/23. I was very nervous, but Dr. Kim and the staff who helped him were all very friendly, and the surgery went well. I am so thankful!

I have had 3 implants with Dr Kim. I never felt any pain with any of them. I had teeth pulled and bone graphs. Dr. Kim has always been very nice and so has the staff. Believe me I am really a chicken and they have gone out of their way to make me comfortable. I believe I am getting first quality dental care here.

Dr David was great! My husband was in pain for a week thinking it was a broken tooth. It was actually two impacted wisdom teeth with cavities. He had surgery that day to remove both and was as good as new the next day. Amazing...

Worst experience. Longest wait times with an appointment and little care for their patients. Uninformative and extremely shady. Wisdom teeth removal went very wrong... after 7 weeks still have no feeling in the lower portion of my face (bottom row of teeth, bottom lip, and chin). Would give zero stars if I could.

I had the most traumatic wisdom teeth removal procedure done here. I DO NOT reccomend coming here for any services. The doctor who did the operation showed no care for me as a patient from the moment I had my consultation. My recovery took extra long, probably because he was so rough with the extractions. I was in pain for more than a month and refused to eat, which was not good for the pain medication. I had to eat a lot of soups but ended up getting a vegatable stuck underneath a stitch, causing more pain, even after irrigating the suggested amount of times. To fix it, the doctor grabbed my jaw and completely ripped the stitches from my mouth, leaving me in tears, bleeding from the site, and as I left, the receptionist giggled at me. I have an extremely high pain tolerance, have had many invasive medical percedures done, and this has definitely been one of the worst medical experiences I've had. Making sure the rest of my family goes somewhere else for their procedures.

Horrible experience that just keep getting worse. Bullied into believing that since "he was the dentist and knew better" I needed to have a bone graph even though I told him that under no circumstances would I be getting an implant. He assured me that even with just a bridge I would need a bone graph. Dr. Kim was very condesending and arrogant. After a month, I was still not able to open my mouth wide enough to even fit in silverware - I had to use baby spoons to eat! At the follow up, the assistant and the dentist both brushed this off "oh yeah, that happens". I was in extreme pain for almost two (2) months. Both my insurance and I have tried to get the office to fill out paperwork for the medical procedure portion. Their only response is that they only file for dental. I get that, but you should know the codes to give me if I want to file on my own. Then after getting a regular cleaning yesterday, my dentist said that he would not have done a bone graph for someone who was just getting a bridge and Dr. Kim left exposed bone in my mouth! Nothing was explained very well and I didn't know what questions to ask because I had never had this done before - which I told them! I was left feeling bullied, bruised, and now have to content with exposed bone fragments in my jaw!
