I started going to this clinic a few years ago. Tina Nichols was my dentist always. Earlier last year I was assigned to a new dentist in the AFD clinic. This was not my choice and when I asked about Dr Nichols, I was told see didn’t work here anymore.
Well, I took a chance with a new dentist at the clinic. They all seemed like nice people. After I was examined, they came up with a plan. That plan turned out to be very expensive and I asked that they try to keep my (insurance) part of bill at a minimum. My insurance paid most of my bill however, I was shocked to see my bill and the money I owed was almost $500.00. After a month or so, I was turned over to collection! But you know it all makes since now. With there Taz-Mahal of a new building and the amount of people on staff, it’s no wonder they are money driven! I witnessed that first hand. It’s all about the money, one customer at a time! I will not ever be back to Arkansas Family Dental! They have the highest dental prices in Little Rock. The dental work was not correct either! Take my advice and find another dental clinic! You will save money elsewhere..
