RUN DO NOT PAY!
Get a second opinion!
They have multiple reviews of people being told they have multiple cavities and when they go to another dentist they have none!
That’s exactly what happened to me. I’m so glad I never followed through. Something felt off!
I’ve reported to the BBB and believe they are scamming people out of their hard earned money!

If there was an option of no stars at all that's what I would choose. A lady by the name of Anna very very rude, I don't know how she still has a job there they need to look into attitude, I will never go back or take my kids or family there. The doctor is very very slow my wife was there from 9am to 6 pm.

I took my son here and the experience was the best I've seen! Front desk people are helpful and friendly and the dentist my son seen was "super nice"... His exact words. They do ask that kids go in by themselves when called back, unless of course your child insists on you being there. My son was nervous at first, but he loved it in the end.

Super shady doctor! First time taking my teens there. I take them regularly to an office that’s a bit far so I wanted to try something local. The doctor says my kids have a bunch of cavities and when I ask to see the X-rays they said I couldn’t. Also the doctor stated they need deep cleanings as if they haven’t been to a hygienist in years. I usually take them to a hygienist with 25 years of experience every 6 months! Gums are completely healthy without a hint of inflammation! No rolled margins, no gingival redness or enlargement, no deep pockets! So I take them to another office that lets me see their X-rays and the two dentists there agree my kids have not one cavity and did not need a deep cleaning! The doctor at Kingsburg family dental either needs to get her eyes checked or needs Jesus cause I don’t know how she sleeps at night drilling into healthy teeth!

I do NOT recommend this place for children. They wanted me to wait in my car OUTSIDE while my daughter was getting work done on her teeth. They claimed this is their "policy". This momma was not going to wait in no car. I sat right next to her through the appointment no matter what they said.

Besides amazingly kind staff.
I recently change my DDS to something more local as I've moved away from Kingsburg. Upon going to get my XRAYs today with my new DDS. I was told I do not have a single cavity.
Where with Kingsburg Family Dental I was told I had 14 cavities in 2020 and would need to get them filled at a cost of $1900.
I had opted out and since opting out of filling them, I would go back (4 times to be exact) for cleanings and x-rays and would never again see Dr. Ky. I believe because I choice not to follow through with the fillings she no longer wanted anything to do with me.
I was in shock today to learn I did not have a single cavity and am thankful I did not follow through with the unnecessary fillings.

Dr. Ky is amazing. She’s very intelligent is assessing her patients and provides what they need. She’s able to provide extra care to me and my wife. She takes her time and is a perfectionist in what she does. I would recommend her to anyone who has had bad experience and needs to find a dentist that will provide assurance, quality care, and taking her time to ensure the job is done correctly.

Do take your kids there. I don't know what that Mary lady was talking about. I have a 3 and 4 year old, together they can be "free spirited". They've never told my kids anything. If anything they have tried to make them as comfortable as possible. My 4 year old has great fear of the dentist but they have worked with her and little by little she's coming around. They work with you as far a billing. It's been a great experience. Totally recommend them to everyone. And the office is not dirty! And no I'm not a family member. You just need to check out for yourself. I give 5 stars!
