Everyone is so kind and supportive here! Going to the dentist is often a high anxiety experience for many, if this is you then this is your dentist. Dr. Tibbets is truly caring and reassuring explaining everything so as a patient you know what to fully expect. Her assistant (I sadly do not remember her name) is so wonderful! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming and the office is always clean and cheery. Stop procrastinating, schedule already!

Great service. Very knowledgeable and thorough staff. Great atmosphere. Everybody was very nice, welcoming, and even quite funny! They took their time and explained everything to me. They didn’t pressure me into making any big financial decisions. Love the interior decor. One of the best dental experiences I’ve had in many, many years! I highly recommend to anybody in the San Antonio area, whether you already have a dentists or not. I’d give them 10-Stars if I could.

This was my first visit to KLT Dentistry and it was excellent. I was looking for a new dental office because the one I used to go to was sold and it became what I call “cash cow” type of place. I wanted a dentist office that made me feel like an actual patient. This place definitely satisfied that need! The dental assistant, hygienist and doctor that attended to me were all extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything carefully and provided conservative treatment options that could remedy the issues without breaking my bank account. I have FOUND my family’s new dentist office!

I've got some pretty crazy anxiety involving just about all medical personnel. I think like many of us who haven't cared for our teeth, we have a moment when we realize.... I need to do this.

I have to do this before it gets any worse and that, on top of emotional fear, made this very, very hard. I touched base on the phone and while I felt bad, immediately explained how scared I was, but I needed to schedule an exam. The lady over the phone was fantastic and very understanding, Reassuring. I made sure to mark on my chart that I was extremely anxious about this.

I went in today and my goodness... I feel like these women could be friends of mine. Very chill and understanding, Man I tell you all, I was pitiful, shaking both my legs 100mph, apologizing constantly and every single lady I encountered today was just so cool and chill about it. The assistant, doctor and hygienist, payment staff... are just as amazing and understanding.

They really do want this to be an experience you can get through. They don't want to judge you for whatever experiences in life you've had, be it no care, some care or anything in between.... They got you all. Take this message as a sign to get yourself taken care of. You deserve it.

I know this sounds cheesy but I just hope I can be reassuring to someone else who is scared but ready to have their teeth cared for. This *IS* the right place for you.

I have been soooo nervous to visit the dentist it’s been years but, I decided to try out KLT dentistry and from the moment I walked it the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable! This was just an initial exam but even that I felt informed and comfortable with. This will be my go to dentist & I'm excited to continue working on the health of my teeth with the help of KLT dentistry!

I am that person that hates and fears going to the dentist! In fact, I have not been in 8 years.. I went to KLT dentistry 8 years ago and they were wonderful.That's why I decided To go back. They make me feel so comfortable and it is. The whole staff is wonderful, Friendly, Everybody has a smile. This must be the best place To work! Thank you everybody!

Everyone is very kind and caring. I had my first visit for a cleaning. I was made very comfortable and she explained everything to me she was doing. The doctor was very informative as well and made you feel a part of their dental family. Highly recommend.

10/10 Services. I found this private practice after extensive research in SA. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist , being prescribed aggressive treatments that were not needed at the time , and then not having insurance approve because I didn’t fit the requirements, and having to pay all out of pocket. I felt vulnerable and taken advantage of after that experience and it made it hard to search for a new dentist.

I wanted to make sure the next practice I chose , wouldn’t feel like that. After visiting KLT I know I’m going to be sticking with them as long as I live in San Antonio. Yadi, Lisa , and Dr. Tibbett are all extremely knowledge in their profession. They pay attention to the details , and keep you informed and educated throughout every process. They try to be proactive in their approach as well, trying to give as many tips to help you along the way so you can be successful at home.To sum it up - they genuinely care and are invested in your treatment and it easily shows. I’m glad to have found them , and can’t imagine going somewhere else. Thank you KLT!
