Poor customer service. This pharmacy never runs my insurance unless I ask if that is my price with insurance. “Well sometimes the discount card is cheaper” is what I get told, but that has NEVER been the case. Eye drops were $12 with a discount card were $4 with my insurance. Same for maintainance meds. They cancelled a prescription because “there’s no insurance on file”. Please don’t give me a generic answer, truly look before giving an answer. Are there and good pharmacies in this town?

The worst pharmacist EVER!! The pharmacist they have in there (short overweight dark hair with lots of grey) will fill your prescription only as she wants. We were told by her it would be ready on a Friday, called them she said she’d fill it Sunday, sitting here now on Sunday and she says I have until Tuesday so that’s when you’ll get it. Krogers itself doesn’t care they allow this woman to do this to anyone she wants to. If it was an unjustified narcotic or anything like that I could see an all mighty person like herself doing this but it is an anti epileptic medication. People have specific medications they need to control seizures along with their other medications. When your doctor sends in the refill of a 28 day supply then it should be ready on the 28th day. Good job Krogers in hiring someone who is ok with putting your customers lives at risk.

This pharmacy has turned into trash. Older woman had the audacity to walk away from me while I was trying to figure out why they didn't fill my two year old type one diabetics script. I was literally still talking to her when she walked away. I never get updates about my scripts. They don't tell me what scripts I'm picking up unless I guess them, even though they are literally going to give them to me. If I can't pick all of them up that day they try to send what I can't get back. They have given prescriptions in the vendors packaging. They are why my son got the wrong steroids. SMH worst pharmacy ever. Used to be a decent place. Now I wouldn't even try to get my dogs medications from here. I can not say this enough, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY!

Honestly, Kroger is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too. It's not due to anything other than the people they have running it! They are so rude and just straight up mean for no reason at all! I've switched back to CVS and plan on staying there. Please don't work around people if you hate interacting with people. It shows and it makes others experience negative.

Waited on a prescription that was called in for family member placed on hospice. I called to check and they said "earliest ready tomorrow by 5 pm". I asked if there was a way to fill for the pain. Just kept repeating when they would have it ready. Contacted on call nurse and she said they had billed the script but couldn't fill until next day. They had to reverse payment so we could go to a 24 hour pharmacy. Truly unreal!!!

If could give 0 or negative stars I would. I'd recommend going out of town before using this pharmacy. Every single month there is an issue getting my medication refilled. They don't care if you run out of medication even if it is due to their negligence. They have poor customer service. You will be asked if you're able to hold and even if you say no they still put you on hold. So why ask? Walgreen's has much better customer service and no issues getting my medication every month.

Do not count on them to get your medication within any reasonable amount of time. My husband had a major surgery and could not get his pain meds for 2 days!! The pharmacy tech would not let me talk, avoided answering any questions I asked and when I spoke with the pharmacist, she accused me of cursing at her when I requested his pain meds be ready prior to closing time on the 2nd day. I’m not saying I wasn’t heated at this point, but I did not curse at her. Believe me, I wanted to. She laughed when I said he was in an extreme amount of pain. Not compassionate whatsoever. Will definitely avoid using this pharmacy again. Horrifying service. I work in healthcare and totally understand the shortage of staff, but still do my best and expect the best out of my peers. Their behavior is totally unacceptable and a disgrace to other care workers. Disgusting to say the least. Save yourself the time, effort, and pain and go somewhere else.

You are probably better off going somewhere else for medication. I have went here for years and after the past few times I don't think I'm going to use them anymore. Yesterday my medication was sent to them around 11am. I went grocery shopping after being in town with family and was about to leave the store around 6:30pm and decided to see if the medication was ready for pickup since i live about 15 minutes away. The lady wearing a mask said, "It won't be ready until 7:30pm". Crazy how long it takes to get a tube of medicine that is already premade when my daughter needs it ASAP. Right after I left the store and was half way home they messaged me saying it was ready for pickup.... The time before last I had COVID pneumonia and my lungs were filling up with fluid. I tried to get my medication to help me breathe. They told me it would take 2 days to fill up. When my parents found out they called them and complained and it was ready 5 minutes later. Crazy how slow they are with medication that could save someone's life. I have decided from now on I may try to use Walgreen or CVS. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. Especially if your life depends on it.
