Honestly, my experience with kwong has been great. He's been really helpful with everything since I've started going to him. I feel he's one of the best dentists I've ever gone to. Does great work and also listens to things I ask him or fixes what problems I have. He's been very understanding and patient with our payment plan and has been understanding when I've been unable to make a payment on I previously agreed period. I'm one of those people that really do not like going to the dentist because of past dentists and just how they do things in general , I've had zero issues with Dr. Kwong, I will be going to him to all my dental work for now on.

Dr.Kwong is awesome. I waited a couple months before writing a review because I’ve had previous dental experiences with other places that I thought were good but then found out that the work I had, was poorly done or had other miscellaneous issues. That didn’t happen with my experience at Kwong dental though. Dr.Kwong is very nice and personable. He’s fair and doesn’t pressure you to get a bunch of unnecessary things done. But what I like the most is that he truly seems to be an expert, and the guy is a wizard. What I mean specifically is that I’ve always dreaded dentists because I hate needles and the numbing process in particular. Somehow he has found out how to stick a needle in someone’s mouth and do it COMPLETELY PAIN FREE. Hence, why I referred to him as a wizard earlier. It’s like magic. I live out of state and commute back and forth to Reno for work, needless to say I will forever make it a point to make the trip to use Kwong dental and not go anywhere else!

I do not recommend this business for your dental needs. I take meticulous care of my teeth. I always have. I am in my young 30s. To date, I have not had a cavity. After a visit with Dr. Kwong, I was told that I had THIRTEEN teeth that needed to be filled. Yes, THIRTEEN. Not only is this ridiculous, but also completely inconsistent with the care I give my teeth. Since that time I saw two other dentists. One of them told me that they had two teeth that they would address and that my teeth look beautiful and were in great shape otherwise. The other told me that I had three teeth that they would address and also that my teeth were in good shape overall. If you are told that you need extensive dental work, I would highly recommend getting additional opinions. I’m so grateful that I found another dentist in the region that I love and trust. The care and overall experience was exceptionally better at my new dentist than it was at Dr. Kwong’s office. I do not trust Dr. Kwong and I would not recommended this office.

This is my first time with this dental office. It's been a long time since I have has any work on my teeth. They were very understanding and patient with me. I let them know that I'm will be patient for life. If you're looking for a great dentist please visit Dr. Kwong's dental. Office.😁

I chipped a front tooth on a Friday and Dr. Kwong got me in that same day and went about and beyond to fix not only that tooth but filed down all my teeth to look better! Love them sm.

I always have a very productive time with Dr. Kwong and his staff from Cassandra to Jasmine(insurance) to Tina(hygienist), as each is a professional and an expert in his/her own right. Dr, Kwong has been my dentist for over ten years now and I prefer Tina to my periodontist due to her thoroughness.
