La Costa Orthodontics takes such good care of their patients from day one to day end, no matter how long the journey. Perhaps what sets them apart most in my opinion is that they are so willing to do anything (in their power) for their patients. From impromptu appointments for pokie wires to phone consults and all the rest… they truly care about service. I always seem to prefer small, more “family” owned practices, and La Costa Ortho is no different. We have never felt like just a number and will be sticking around for phase 2 for 2 kids and full ortho for the youngest!

Dr De Santos and her team of professionals are awesome! During our first visit for Phase 1 treatment for my daughter, she did additional diagnostics and took the time to explain everything and put both my daughter and me (parent) at ease. It was a big decision for us and I knew I could trust her from day one, which was a great relief especially as the treatment plan was bit complicated. Dr De Santos and her team (special shout out to Melissa and Lily) are genuinely caring and kind and are always willing to work with you and your schedule. We were so happy with their exceptional service that we decided to continue with her even when we had to move out of town due to a job change😊 We are truly blessed to have found her and my daughter had a wonderful experience on her Phase 1 even though it was a long road.
