Normally I don't do reviews but mrs. Vanessa that helped me today was beyond amazing!!!!! Not only was she super knowledgeable about everything I asked , she was super nice , and patient. Literally turned my fear of a "bad visit" into like the most comforting ortho visit I've ever had.

Anais was so helpful during my initial appointment and booking. She scheduled me in as soon as I was available so that I could order my hawley retainer. I asked for an update in between my two appointments and they responded quickly. The rest of the staff were also very nice and helped me get my artificial teeth and retainer closer to what I would like and make it fit. I really liked coming here and would come back in the future.

I called them out of no where on Monday morning because my son has his brasses broken from one end.they have the best customer service ever in San Diego, she booked an appointment for my son immediately. Anais the one and only best customer service EVER. Thank you for your service and your professionalism. We were impressed about them.

This office is amazing. I was reffered to this office by Destiny for orthodontic treatment. Once entering the office I was told to sign in through the tablet which was super fast, instead of signing papers. After doing X-rays and getting my treatment Destiny broke down everything that I needed to know clearly and made sure I was well taken care of. This office is super clean and professional and will have you in and out quickly. Would recommend to anyone!

I just moved to San Diego and needed to find an orthodontist to continue my braces care. I visited this office on the 23rd for a consultation because it felt similar to my orthodontist in Cleveland, but I was immediately off-put.

First, when filling out my new patient paperwork, I was asked for my SSN. When I questioned why it was needed if I was paying out of pocket, I was told it was just for the new patient profile. Shortly after providing my SSN, I received an email that my credit was attempted to be run for financing. I had already blocked all my credit reports before moving here due to previous unauthorized attempts to use my credit. Running someone’s credit without consent is illegal; I did not consent as I was prepared to pay out of pocket, either in payments or in full. That was my first issue.

Secondly, the sterility of the place felt questionable. The autoclave or area where supplies are cleaned is not visible, and some supplies don’t come out of new packaging or packaging indicating they’ve been sterilized. It seemed like supplies were maybe rinsed off between clients, which is concerning.

Lastly, I did not consent to photographs of me being used for social media or anything similar. The orthodontic tech took pictures of my teeth, face, and head with her personal phone (a HIPAA violation; I’m a nurse, so I’m aware of these regulations) and said she was uploading them to my patient profile. I’m unsure if they were deleted from her phone, but this experience left me uncomfortable as I don’t want my face shared online or between peers. At my previous orthodontist, they used a professional camera for progress pictures.

All this to say, unfortunately, I won’t be continuing my orthodontic care here as I can’t trust the facility. I didn’t even meet an orthodontist during my first visit. I would rather fly back and forth to Cleveland, OH, to complete my care unless I find a reputable orthodontist here.

Amazing office staff! Easy to change appointments, this office truly works with you. I have two kids go in here. They do amazing jobs. If my children need an emergency appointment they get worked in quickly.
