I would have given this lab a 0 if I could. Went two days in a row and still don’t have my lab work done. The technician was the most rude person I have ever encountered at any bloodwork lab. The first day I didn’t have orders in hand but since I had been to this particular lab, my orders were in their system. She refused to give me bloodwork without orders but all she had to do was look them up. Went back the second day after I called my Dr. to send orders again to make double sure they were in their system. I have had this bloodwork done every three months for the past 11 years. I would never try to tell her how to do her job but I told her the exact vein spot everyone else always draws blood from since I am not the easiest person to get blood from. She would not even try and chose another spot. She couldn’t get blood from that spot. She went to the other arm and then decided to try on my hand. Couldn’t do it there either. I asked her if she couldn’t just try where I normally have it done and she said too much scar tissue there, I’m not doing it. Funny how everyone else has no problem in that spot. She started looking all over my forearms and I finally said I’ll just go somewhere else. On top of being really rude, she clearly didn’t want to be there. And there was not another technician working so they could try. On top of all of that, she had a movie going on her computer that she seemed to try to watch during all of this that had some horrible language in it. Needless to say I will never go back there again.

Seriously this is so far the best Labcorp I have seen coming from Bay Area. Seamless check in and such a friendly and talented technician. I forgot to ask her name. I didn’t feel when she kept the needle or when she removed. This place deserves good ratings.

Hours looked horrible when I looked them up. I thought they were a joke at first, but they are quite real. Phone number is a waste of time, you won't get to a human at all. Because it was impossible to call and verify some info, I drove to this business to have another grown man confirm and tell me they're literally only open 5 hours a day. They owe me gas money

Worst Experience I have ever had. Was there for over 2.5 hours. Had to use the bathroom twice in that time period since instructions say compared to give sample. Was never aware you could make an appointment otherwise I would have. then couldn't produce sample when I was called ahead of the next person. Was told I was going to be marked refusal and was not able to wait some more time and drink to try again when it explicitly says it in the directions and confirmation email that you can. Was then screamed and harassed by employee. I would NEVER send someone to this location especially a female as well and it is bringing their business way down. Will never enter this store again after this experience… it was complete torture for me and the other people their had similar issues. When the person before me told the employee I could go before him because he saw how much pain I was in he wouldn’t let me go, a person with such a bad heart should not be able to do this job. These screenings are getting people into jobs and schools. We shouldn’t be torturing people trying to better themselves and screaming at them for not being able to hold urine for 1 + hours.

I missed my biometric screening at work, so I had to come to Labcorp. I didn’t know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. The self-check in was easy. The tech called me in the room, and they started the process. It was quick, fast and accurate. I would certainly use this option again. Keep up the great work!!

**Update** Happy to report that the disgruntled lab tech that was so rude to everyone no longer works at this location. I went in this week and was seen immediately and the lab tech was friendly and fast!

(The check in reservation system is confusing. I checked in during the posted 1 hour lunch and was told to return for a reserved time of 415pm. I left and within 15 mins got a text saying the lab tech was ready to see me. Upon return the lab tech was rude and condescending to not just me but the girl ahead of me and another man asking questions about the reserved time and a text he received. There is no need for the crabby attitude. I would rather sit and wait for the lab tech at the Labcorp on Lincoln Ave. While she is usually busy and there is a bit of a wait, atleast she is friendly.)

I am honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had my pre-clinical UDS here and it was a quick and easy experience. Alex was great

Had a bad experience today at this Labcorp. Went in for labs ordered by my doctor for my check up, and the older gentleman who drew my blood was very rude. He first asked me if I had a printout of the lab order from my doctor, and I said no, they should be in the computer. He was unable to find some of my labs on the computer, and he took out his frustration by ranting at me about how I don’t own a printer. I explained how I’m in town temporarily and didn’t bring a printer with, and he told me that printers aren’t big and I should be able to fit one in my car. He also said how ridiculous it is that people of my generation don’t own printers. The labs were on the computer the whole time. When leaving, I apologized if I did something to upset him, because I felt the way he was speaking to me was rude. He then laughed and smiled, stating that the only time he hears the word ā€œrudeā€ is from people of my generation. He then told me that he hopes it doesn’t snow too much on me (I think in reference to me being a ā€˜snowflake’). So unprofessional. He seemed miserable and that he felt better by taking it out on others, especially the younger generation (by the way I’m almost 30).
