Wow! That's all I can say. I just got my wisdom tooth extracted 30 minutes ago, and in all honesty, the best dental office I have ever been in my 40 yrs. I was nervous about the procedure, but all of the staff were very kind and understanding and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Conlon is very kind and very professional. He walked and talked to me throughout my procedure. Maria and Sherry (please forgive me for my spellings) - outstanding and super kind souls. My procedure was quick, and I had no pain in it. I wish I had found this place earlier. Genuine people all across the board. Thank you, everyone! Highly recommended ❤️

I’ll start off by saying Dr. Schmidt was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. But that’s where the good ends and the headache begins. The entire clerical staff is nothing short of incompetent. It starts off with you playing phone tag with 2-3 different people that answer the phone and none of them seem to communicate with each other. So every time they call you or they call you back no one seems to know what’s going on. This isn’t a one time occurrence either it’s every time you try to get in contact with them. After dealing with that and hoping it was just a fluke you go ahead and get your procedure done. Everything goes according to plan and you’re optimistic. Then comes the billing and insurance crew. Somehow in 2024 (unlike any other medical establishment I’ve encountered this far) they are unable to do any pre authorization with your insurance to give you an accurate estimate of what this may cost you, and they can’t even communicate with them electronically. They file paper claims and you wait forever to hear from them only to get letters saying you owe the full amount because they couldn’t figure out how to get your health insurance to cover any of your medical procedure, nor do they even try to run it by the dental insurance that they took copies of the day of your appointment. Oh and while you’re waiting for 2 weeks for for a call back from their “insurance specialist” they send you another bill accessing you a $42 late fee. At this point it’s not even worth the mental stress and I’m just paying the entire bill out of pocket (A remaining $2268 after already having paid $600 upfront) and will not be returning to this establishment for the needed second procedure. Please do yourself a favor and find another Oral Surgery office. I promise this is not the one for you.

Got my tooth pulled out by Dr. Sherrill Fay today and she did an amazing job her and her staff she was so friendly and kind and reassured me everything was going to be ok because I was nervous and scared, very kind doctor and staff ❤️ Highly recommend this place!! Everyone is so kind and professional all doctors and staff.

After reading many reviews on Google, I was definitely a tad bit skeptical of Lake Geneva Oral Surgery Ltd. That being said, I couldn't have been in better hands. They treated me with kindness, respect, and took what I said and felt and worked with me. Every individual in the place that I came into contact with was smiling, helpful, and upbeat. They get to know you personally and definitely gained my trust pre-op. Any questions you have are answered professionally and with your health in mind. I would recommend these people and this practice to anyone. They were straightforward on prices, insurance, and never made me feel like I was getting swindled. 5 stars for me

I give this place a 3 because I’m sure they don’t do a bad job. But I write this review from a standpoint of someone who has never been a patient here. The morning I went, I brought a friend who was getting their wisdom teeth cut out. I decided to wait for a few minutes as we were late to the appointment in case he got denied. There was no denial of his appointment. Although, I have a busy schedule daily. I decided to head back home (only 15 minutes away and the appointment is a little over an hour long) that way I can take care of a few more chores in the meantime. Instead, I got a call from my friend before he entered surgery telling me that the people at the dentist’s office said I, the driver, have to remain on the premises. This was immediately concerning to me. I frantically search the web to see if anyone else has been told by a medical office that as the designated driver they cannot leave the premises. After 10-15 minutes of searching, I was able to only find one little Reddit thread about the same thing happening to someone. It isn’t common, but if this happens to you, just know it is absolutely and 100% your right as a driver who is NOT included in any paperwork relating to who you’re taking for their appointment, or relating to that office itself, to leave the premises. Don’t let them make you feel uncomfortable or like you can’t leave if you aren’t a patient. I have not even spoken to one staff member and I am currently still sitting outside of the building, “unable to leave”. Good luck all

For future reference you should probably tell people or atleast find out if their insurance is even accepted there before doing the referral from another dentist and racking up our dentists bills before hand and then telling us after we have left the office that our insunce is out of net work there!! Very very poor customer service and your only in it for people's money!!!!

First time visit....This is a very friendly office. They make you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the front door until you leave. Dr Richard explained everything in great detail. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I'm happy that my dental office referred me to this Dr !!!

If you don't mind costly surprises, welcome. You'll be one of hundreds of defendants with civil actions over the years by these thieves. A small claims action was filed against me after a wisdom tooth extraction that was billed at $1,000 more than agreed upon. Because the cost estimate was vague and the office refused to release copies of the documents pertinent to the case, they are able to win. Do yourself a favor and find an ethical surgeon with honest and transparent methods, one that values and respects patients instead of deceiving and milking.
