I have been going to Dr Rentz’s office for almost a year now and I love all of the staff there! They are wonderful and do a fabulous job of caring for my teeth. They explain things thoroughly and take the time for any questions that I have. I have no need of seeking further care. I have found a place where I am happy to visit for all my dental needs!

This is my first time going to a dentist in over four years. This company was vary welcoming and genuinely treat you like part of the family. I went in on an emergency appointment. 2 big cavities that got extracted in the back due to intense pain. They walked me through the procedure and broke everything down in Layman’s terms. Dr. Rentz and the other lady, whose name I didn’t get, both were very comforting as I sat under their care. They both were very considerate and understanding and made this whole experience amazingly assured. In a field like this, hospitality can make the biggest difference and this group of wonderful people hit it right on the nail!!! Highly recommended!!

I’ve been going here for 20 years. I’ve had root canal, multiple cavities, and gum tissue inflammation. Dr Rentz and the crew have always treated me with warm welcomings couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and service provided. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted warmly by the friendly staff, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. The office is clean, modern, and always well-maintained, making each visit comfortable.

Dr. Rentz is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain every procedure in detail, ensuring that I feel fully informed and comfortable before anything is done. I never feel rushed, and it’s clear that patient care is their top priority. The hygienists and dental assistants are equally fantastic, always thorough and gentle, making even routine cleanings a pleasant experience.

The office also uses the latest technology, which adds a level of confidence in the care provided. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more complex procedure, I’ve always felt that I was in good hands. The team truly goes above and beyond to make sure that every visit is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

My hygienist Chelsea using extreme caution every appointment with my inflamed gums. I feel as if I am a crocodile, and she is the Egyptian plover.

A friend recommended a promising establishment to me, but today's experience proved otherwise. Despite scheduling my appointment with a courteous and informative receptionist who even sent text reminders, my visit was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was met with indifference, waited for the receptionist to finish her conversation, and was then checked in abruptly. Shortly after, I was called in and greeted with a disdainful look. The staff informed me that my X-rays from another office were unsuitable for the services I sought, requiring an additional exam at a cost of $109. I expressed my frustration at not being informed earlier, despite providing all necessary information when booking. Despite repeated explanations, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. The lack of communication, courtesy, and professionalism left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope future patients receive a warmer welcome and that staff review medical records more thoroughly beforehand to avoid similar frustrations. This experience was a waste of time, resources, and valuable work hours.

Dr. Rentz and his staff are absolutely amazing! I have such anxiety when going to the dentist. They already know when I’m there I am on level 10 on the anxiety meter. They take such good care of me and are very attentive to my feelings. That and there amazing work makes them a wonderful place to have your dental needs met!

Apologies to the doctor who I barely spoke to, but his staff was horrible. Especially his front desk hygentist / receptionist just knew more than me, someone who dated a dentist, a hygentist, and has a cousin and good friend who still practice dentistry in other cities.
Anyway, she would not listen to what I was saying regarding a simple bonding proceedure. She booked me for a FULL COMPREHENSIVE EXAM, but I never recieved that; yet, I paid for that, even thought it only took 15min (which I told her the amount of time it would take prior to the appt). Nonetheless, she would not listen to someone that has had the same proceedure done over 10 times in 30yrs. Tsk Tsk.
And now, based on other dentist Rx plans, he just lost over $12K worth of ongoing work that someone else will have thanks to this person.
Due to this, I would not recommend this place.
