The hygienist, I think her name was Nancy, was very sweet and attentive. The cleaning went by fairly quickly and felt super thorough without being painful or invasive. The Dr. was kind and made a point of addressing any anxiety I had ab creating a treatment plan. While he moved quickly through the areas that needed to be addressed, he also made sure to check in if I had any questions, concerns, or needed clarification. Even the women at the front desks clearly made a point of providing excellent customer service while I waited for my appointment and when I check out at the end. I highly recommend Lakeshore Dental Studio 👍🏽

Lakeshore is awesome. Dr Hagen is really good at keeping things as painless as possible. Additionally, he is always great about letting me know what work I need now, and what work to plan for the future. He is efficient but thorough and always in a good mood.

The team is great about letting me know what total costs will be and what payments arrangements are available to help with the larger procedures.

Couldn’t ask for a nicer staff to work with. A great experience every time.

Please understand I have the worst dental anxiety imaginable. I’ve had some terrible experiences in the past, but this place is by far the most memorable and excellent. The staff is friendly, understanding, and does everything they can to ensure you don’t feel the need to worry. Comfort isn’t the first thing that comes to mind when you think of dentist but that best sums up my entire experience with Dr. Hagen and his team. From Nicole answering my questions prior to my appointment and assisting me schedule an appointment to Luis efficiently taking my X-rays without having to repeat them (especially the ones that usually hurt). Dr. Hagen was especially wonderful as well with educating, being clear on the work he was performing and what he would recommend going forward. The entire experience was lovely and I was thrilled to not endure the things I usually dread at the dentist. 🖤

Highly recommend this office!! Everyone makes you feel welcomed and comfortable each visit. Super friendly and positive environment. Dr. Kella, Dr. Hagen, Maria and Nancy have always done a great job with my teeth. No complaints at all. Front desk always treat me like family. Mouhcine and Michelle are always helpful.

They put the wrong dentist when checking if my insurance was in network. Quoted me in network prices and then when they found out they weren’t in network failed to communicate that to me and continued to quote me in network for work. They scheduled me for a crown and told me the day of that wouldn’t need the crown after all. I’d already put down a 900$ deposit. They told me I’d be refunded the difference as I got fillings instead. Months later they are refusing to refund me 300$ because of their billing error. Claiming my insurance paid nothing … they paid nothing because they told them months ago they weren’t in network. They essentially charged me for a procedure I never received and misrepresented my in network status. Instead of owning up to their error and eating the cost they are charging me for it.

Just wanna thank Dr. Eric and the whole team there. I woke up with bad pain and they were able to get me in same day even though I was not a previous patient of theirs. Everyone was polite and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for all my dental needs and highly recommend them to anyone else looking around.
