Dr. Ephraim took the time to ensure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He and his staff provided detailed explanations, walking me through every step and easing my mind about what to expect next. The practice itself is beautiful—so spacious, private, and surprisingly cozy, even though I was there for surgery. The front staff was incredibly kind and helpful with any questions I had, and the back support team was attentive, constantly checking in on me to make sure I was okay. It's clear that Dr. Ephraim has built a wonderful, caring team. I'm genuinely looking forward to my future appointments and highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch care!

I was at Disneyland when that dreaded tooth pain started and I knew I couldn’t delay getting my two broken wisdom teeth extracted any longer. I delayed the inevitable because of my phobia of the dentist (I know it isn’t logical, but it’s reality). From the first time I called, through my follow up appointment, my experience was exceptional! The front office staff were so kind and understanding. They communicated via phone and text, and were very gracious when I was so nervous, and I truly appreciated that. The lobby and the treatment rooms are beautiful and calming and make you feel like you are in a spa, not a dental office.

Dr. Ephraim put me immediately at ease. He was so kind and professional. He explained what my situation was, what the options were, and how he was going to fix it. Then his amazing team got me setup in the procedure room, Dr. Epharim came in, and the next thing I knew I was waking up. I can’t explain how relieved and happy I was that the hard part was over and I didn’t feel a thing!! I followed the post-op instructions and healed perfectly. I would highly recommend Dr. Ephraim and his team to anyone in need of a dental surgeon.

My experience with Dr. Ephraim and his team could not have been better. At 34, I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and from consult, to surgery, to aftercare, it's been an overwhelmingly positive experience. This is the first time I've had surgery of any kind, and they made sure I was comfortable, always checking how I was feeling and if I had questions. They even let me bring in my emotional support blanket! I felt so well taken care of and wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

I was referred here for extraction of two premolars. The whole experience went really well. I was given intravenous sedation for 15 minutes and didn’t feel anything until after I was woken up. Dr. Ephraim is highly skilled, highly trained and, along with his staff, is very down to earth with amazing bedside manners. What’s more, the office felt more like a resort than a dental office. I love it here!!! Everyone I’ve encountered is nice and friendly. They all care about my teeth and getting them back to the best condition. I have been to a couple of dentist offices in the Bay Area and they’ve all given me anxiety. This office is clean, welcoming, and the environment feels so good. Dr. Ephraim is amazing. He’s honest and he really cares about getting you the best treatment plan that caters to you specifically!!!! I recommend any day or lifetime!!! If I could list all of the staffs names I would but just know they doing they BIG ONE over at Lakeshore!!!
