So far I'm really not impressed. I scheduled an appointment one month in advance, expecting to get a teeth cleaning. Instead all I got was a consultation. Initially I thought maybe I had forgotten to specify a cleaning, so I figured it was my bad. The next appointment for a scheduled cleaning was 4 months out!

I was also told I needed to schedule a consultation for a root canal. The consultation could be done about 4 days out, so I scheduled the consultation for the root canal and the dental cleaning at the same time. 4 days later when I arrive for the root canal consultation, there was no record of me scheduling anything for root canal.

Throughout this entire time I have repeatedly said that I prefer communicating through email. I'd like documentation & I have a terrible memory. It's only after I've pushed back several times that they've begun to communicate via email... But I have to go through this fight every single time I want to schedule anything.

Now, after they left me a message about 30 minutes ago asking me to call them back at a specific number, I called that number only to receive a message that I have called during their non-business hours (I was calling at 10:57 in the morning, 30 minutes after they had called me), telling me to press zero if I wanted to leave a message, and then regardless if I pressed 0 and not, the phone would hang up. So I've not been able to leave a message either.

I see rave reviews about this place. Initially I was comfortable working with this team. Now, not so much.

I wish there was a way to give the orthodontics office 10 STARS, because they truly deserve it! My treatment was 2yrs and 8mo, and all I can say is Dr. Ghowsi is an AMAZING orthodontist and is very down to earth! I love how thorough he is, and how he keeps you updated on your treatment progress. All of the dental assistants are amazing, as well as the ladies at the front counter! I truly enjoyed my treatment at this office, and it was bittersweet finishing my treatment. You cannot go wrong with this office, they have you covered!

Dr. Ghowsi is so awesome!!! I would highly recommend him. He is great! Great customer service, professional, and excellent communicator. Dr. Ghowsi is very thorough with explaining the care plan and going over the steps and processes of braces. He is great with kids too! Again, I would highly recommend him, as he will assist with achieving the results of a great smile!! Thank you!

If you can be chearful while bleeding from cuts while choking with blood and be rudelly dismissed from this practice when you complain please go ahead.

My family liked Dr. Satlin and office manager Alma and visited this practice for several years. Ever since Dr Satlin's death the office deteriorated and we are switching to more competent and respectful dentists.

Apparently many other patients are doing so too because no one got out during my 25min wait while Trisha was "preparing office" for my today's cleaning.

At the beginning of cleaning I told Trisha that Dr. Goodis told me to tell her to clean one spot well yet she refused. Then I realized that Trisha cannot see well. Instead of cleaning the gums around my teeth she was cutting across my gums that started bleeding and choking me. At my request to let me hold the sucking device she left the office and did not come back.

I went out and requested a compenent dental hygienist but I got an appointment four months away!!! I guess my 2 minute today's experience with Trisha counts as full and competent cleaning for which they are charging my insurance company that only allows two free cleanings per year and I have to wait for next year.

When I asked Practice Administrator Jess Alberto for help she very rudelly told me that I am not allowed to complain to Dr. Goodis or to her manager and because I am disrespectful that she is dismissing me as patient from their practice. She asserted that each cleaning is done the same way which shows her lack of competency as well. I still have all my teeth and can vouch that every dental hygienist cleans teeth in their own way. Trisha certainly did!!! Moreover in every practice doctor examines the patient's teeth after every cleaning which is not the practice in this office.

I would like to talk to the owner of this practice who should make sure that Trisha gets her eye sight and competency checked asap.

I would also immediately fire Jess Alberto who obviouly lacks capability to work with human patients who are paying customers.

Sandra O was great today and helped me with several issues. Alma was great before too. Trisha is causing malpractice. I have a duty to report fraud and will do it asap.

Literally could not ask for a better orthodontic experience. The whole team made my experience easy to understand and smooth. Love my new smile 😁

Dr. Ali Ghowsi has done wonders for my daughters ortho needs! He literally has taken me through every step needed and the steps he takes each appt. He and his staff have been super accommodating with my daughter’s schedule between school and sports! My daughter’s teeth are looking amazing and I can’t wait to see the finished picture! I have 3 children and the other 2 will be coming here as well!

As someone with dental anxiety, my faith in dental offices has been restored. This is the best dental practice in Southern California! I recently did a cleaning there. It was so easy and painless. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

I, literally, just finished seeing Dr. Batheja for a root canal. There was zero pain during the procedure. ZERO PAIN!!

He was kind and compassionate during the entire ordeal, as was his office staff.

As someone who cries in the parking lot before any dental appointment, this office is definitely helping me over come my abject fear of all dental treatments.
