BEWARE— Most of the people working in this office do not care to help you. I came here needing quite a bit of dental work done, and initially had 3 concerns— a brown stain on my front tooth from possible trauma, wisdom teeth extraction, and 5 fillings. The brown stain on my tooth was not concerning to them on the X-ray and Dr. Saidara did not seem to care. I was told there was nothing to be done since it wasn’t showing up on the X-ray. Had a cleaning done, extractions sent up, and appointments for fillings. 2/5 fillings I had done were done TERRIBLY. The first fell out twice, and then another dentist at the office did it the 3rd time. The other filling was done extremely close to my other tooth that I was not able to even floss. They looked at me like I was crazy when I told them it felt like the teeth were fused together because it was done so close to the other tooth. They then forcefully tried getting floss through, and failed, then told me the filling was fine. That filling fell out due to the contact with the other tooth so I had to get it done AGAIN. The same exact day the filling was “fixed” a piece fell out again. Fast forward to me trying to get an appointment THREE TIMES to have it fixed only to never receive a call back. I even made appointment through the online system for 12pm Monday 9/23, which I cancelled at 10:30 that morning since they still had not returned any calls from last week or confirmed the online appointment. They then called me that same day at 2pm asking if I needed an appointment because they received my request. I told the receptionist and the person in charge of online appointments I was extremely unhappy with the care I’ve received and their responses were extremely nonchalant and did not apologize whatsoever for their errors. This office is unprofessional, and they clearly don’t even know basic office etiquette i.e. call people back after someone leaves a voicemail regarding a dental emergency.

I want to end this review referring back to the stain on my tooth they did not care about. There is ONE dental hygienist there that is amazing at her job and was able to see it was a STAIN THAT COULD BE REMOVED after having 2 cleanings done by this office. It took 3 cleanings for someone to even care enough or be competent enough to determine it could be removed (not even the dentist.) I will include photos showing my teeth after the first two cleanings with visible stains left on my teeth. and another after the 3rd one when I was finally treated with respect and care and given a PROPER cleaning. Thank you to the one hygienist there that actually does a good job.

I am now dealing with a possible root canal for a filling that was not deep due to their negligence. I switched dentists and was able to get in the same day at another office here in Lancaster. They were appalled at what this office did. Do not go here.

Dr. Saidara is the best around. I have been going to Dr. Saidara for about 30 years now and I have always had the best service there!! Everyone is so sweet and kind like family, and now his son Dr. Saidara works with him now and he took such good care of me today working on me. Thank you so much for always providing the best service. Even everyone in the front and back office are amazing!! 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

First encounter with the staff was a smile. It was my dad and I first time there. I wish their communication was better from the front desk. The lobby was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was dirty and concerning. They hide the paper towels.? The hygienist was rude at first, in the middle of care was patient with my dad. The dentist seems nervous and pushy. Also our experience with Cynthia ( billing), i was considering bringing my dad back but until i learned she can be unempathetic, unclear, and aggressive with us making a decision on moving forward with dental care. Im going to try getting my dad assigned to an another dentist office.

This is the third time in a row that I’ve gone in for my scheduled cleaning ( 6 months in advance) and waited in the overcrowded overbooked, loud waiting room for over 40 minutes.
Then I was escorted to room and waited and additional 20 minutes.
This office overbooks just way too much.
I saw the actual dentist for less than a full minute, and my teeth cleaning took under 10 minutes yet my entire visit was well over an hour..
I’ll never understand how they can text you repeatedly to confirm your appointment, threaten you with fees if you don’t show up, and then they’re the ones who are late.
I’m ok with 10 - 15 minutes but any longer than that is a real waste of my time.
And again this is the third time this has happened, not a single event.
