I’ve been coming to Lancaster modern dentistry for a few years now and I must say I don’t like the dentist but I do love it here. They made me feel like a part of their family. Mallory the manager is so helpful and patient. My dentist is kind and gentle and her assistant Vanessa is sweet and always makes me feel calm. I recommend my dental office to all my friends and family!

One of the best dentist offices. I had stopped going to a dentist because they couldn't numb my mouth, until I went to Modern Dentistry. They are the best, always greet you with a smile and friendly hello's. Their doctors are very punctual, knowledgeable and patient. The place is always immaculate. If you're cold they will offer you a blanket. Such superb service, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Dr. Ortega is great. The hygienists are friendly. It's worth having your questions and concerns ready. If you bring it up, they're eager to work with you and double check. Very professional office. They care that you are successful with your dental hygiene. I'd recommend them. It is difficult to get in at times ie. December is almost impossible, but I'd still recommend them.

I have been coming to Lancaster Modern Dentistry for little over a year now and honestly the entire staff and team have been such amazing people. The professionalism the doctors being so kind and informative and the staff always so welcoming and making you feel apart of the family. I highly recommend this spot!

Today was my son’s first appointment for a cleaning at the adult dentist. The transition from child dentist to the adult dentist was seamless and no stress for my son. Both Dr. Ortega and the hygienist Abdul did a wonderful job! Thank you for a great first experience 👍

This dental clinic is highly inefficient and a complete waste of time. Appointments are poorly managed, with long wait times even when arriving on schedule. The staff appears disorganized, and procedures take much longer than necessary due to constant delays. If you value your time, look elsewhere for dental care. Everytime is a new problem and I’m always getting rescheduled for months now and I’ve missed multiple days of work and school now just for them to not even be ready.

Always loved this place, they used to be timely and efficient but the last couple visits it takes forever for your appointment time. They told me I needed a bone graft, a very serious procedure. Went to another dentist recently after my last time with modern dentistry when I waited 2 hours for my slot and the front desk could not figure out my insurance. New dentist told me my gums and bone density were completely fine, and they figured out my insurance with no issues. This place went to just upselling unnecessary procedures and it’s unfortunate. They don’t actually care about your teeth, just your money.
