So over this place. 600$ night guard that was so bent it wouldn’t even stay in mouth, done by someone in training. Told them they didn’t fit when test fitting, just to be sent away and told to try them anyways or they would have to scan my mouth at another appointment date. Can’t get refund and have to wait months for appointment to even meet with dentist who can Inspect the retainers to schedule the follow up appointment to fix them.

Also fyi, if you’ve had to reschedule twice with them, then 5 minutes late they’re billing you, they’re also billing you if you reschedule within 24 hours of appointment, and if you cancel a Monday appointment the Friday before, they’re still billing you.

Unfortunately, My girlfriend and I have spent thousands of dollars with this office and although Landeros has been a professional and pleasant dentist, we would rather have cavities at this point, than have to come back to these snarky desk ladies, and heavy handed hygienists.

The last interaction I had with their receptionist left a sour taste in my mouth, with the way that I was treated because she “thought” I didn’t have health insurance. She was very rude and while I was on the phone working to resolve the health insurance miscommunication, she threatened to charge me out of pocket for my visit for taking up their time.

She turned a small problem into an extremely stressful situation with her lack of help and desire to escalate the situation. I have been a customer of theirs for years, very disappointed with how they allow their long term clients to be treated.

Probably the best experience I’ve had with a dentist (I’ve had some great ones). Not only is Dr. Landeros phenomenal, but so is everyone in the office. I went in for a broken tooth thanks to an arrant kick from my 4-year-old son, and I was seen and repaired in the same day. Best of the best!

Recently switched to this office and couldn’t be happier I did, everyone here is so friendly and the level of care and attention to detail is better than any other dentist I’ve ever been to (I’m 43) The doctor is personable and has a light touch, not rough - you can tell he really cares about his patients. My hygienist who did the cleaning was also super friendly, asked me questions about my life and shared about hers and her family. The cleaning was very thorough but there was no pain, she took the time to carefully clean my mouth without just carelessly jabbing instruments in every direction like some I’ve experienced in the past. It’s so refreshing to have found this office, I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a new office or is considering switching dentists to go here. Even when I move I’ll drive to them to get my teeth cleaned. Thanks so much! Keep up the quality care!

I had gone in to have my upper front teeth repaired and I must say it was the absolute best experience! I couldn't be happier. Wonderful staff, beautiful office, state of the art equipment, planning, communication, and care! I don't like dentist visits but THIS visit was amazing. I didn't feel a thing, ever! My teeth are beautiful. And the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you!

I had been going to this dental practice since it was owned and operated by Doctor Kutcher. It was my family and childhood dental office. Ever since the practice was eventually bought by Dr. Hammer, I have had nothing but negative experiences here. Hammer eventually sold the practice to Dr. Landeros, but is still helping out through the end of the year. Stay away from Hammer while you can. An unnecessary filling was the final straw for me. After spending a great deal on a filling and a root canal (elsewhere), I had a great deal of pain and felt my concerns were not addressed. I came to find out a follow-up "check-up" appointment for the filling was, in fact, for a whole other filling that was not needed. Hammer had not explained this to me. I have since moved dental offices and have been so much happier.

I have been a patient at this office for many years and I love everyone who works there! Dr. Hammer really sees his patients as individuals and it's obvious he cares about their health and well-being. All the staff, from the hygienists to the front office people, are friendly, caring people. I actually LOVE going to the dentist because it is such a warm and caring experience.

I trust Dr. Hammer 100% and know that when he says I have a cavity, I actually do. One really important aspect for me is that Dr. Hammer is always very gently and understanding with those of us who have some anxiety concerning our dentist visits.
