My partner had to get back injections due to being hit by a car while on her bike. The doctors office did not put her appointments in their system as an insurance claim, but instead decided to bill my partners insurance. Now her insurance will be rejecting her claims bc of this doctors error, and we will be billed for everything 100%. We have since had to get a lawyer and are currently fighting with the insurance company. My partner has had to pay for every single specialist visit she has had, out of pocket. This specific office has charged her $250 out of pocket for the first set of injections, then charged her another $300 two weeks later for the second set claiming she "hasn't met her deductible." She has seen at least 6 different specialist and had 2 full rounds of physical therapy, since January. Her deductible is only like $750 out of pocket, and she has more than met her deductible. She shouldn't have been charged at all, let alone having to pay an extra $50 dollars from what we were quoted from the previous visit. We live paycheck to paycheck and this mistake has cost us greatly. That extra $50 you charged us was our grocery money for the week, so thanks for that! BTW, we called my partners insurance, and she HAS met her deductible. I would love for anyone who runs this office to reach out and resolve this matter.

Everyone here is super nice and friendly. Dr. Knighton is great and throughout the whole process explaining everything he is doing. All the nurses are phenomenal and very personable. Can really tell they have a good working environment and all of them get along well. Will definitely come back if I need to.

I'm not sure what's gong on today. I've been coming here a long time and have never been treated this way by the receptionist very short and she's very rude today.
I will definitely be changing facilities or dr because this place is getting bad

Staff is rude and insensitive. I always request the IVs in my arm not my hand they never had a problem the four other times but this time they told me absolutely not and proceeded to do it my hand anyway. The anesthesiologist has no bed side manners at all and will argue with you. Can’t have versed so for a sedation they only wanted to give me fentanyl which is not sedation. I have got propofol four other times but suddenly they decide they no longer offer it and even though i had 2 doctors put in notes that I need it they refused. They aren’t comforting either no one there has bed side manners at all. Even though last two times i had the same doctor as this time still were rude and would even try to accommodate. Awful place to go to.

From Dr Pappoe to his staff, everyone was professional and very helpful.
I am happy because I was in great deal of pain because of my herniated disc. Went home feeling better.
Woke up the next morning with zero pain. Thank Dr Pappoe.
