The Lisa and the office staff is always so attentive and pleasant to deal with. I have always been very impressed by the professionalism that they achieve.The dentist is pleasant but tends to be bit cold but that could be from his nationality. The dental are very comforting and attentive during your treatments and always make sure you are comfortable.

Came to Lavaca Dental after experiencing a bad office visit at the last office I went to. The front desk Mariah and Lisa were very friendly and helpful. Belinda explained the entire process thoroughly for me to understand and I am very Happy.

This has to be one of the most frustrating and unprofessional dental offices I have ever been to. I had an appointment set up for a cleaning and the dentist was running over an hour and a half behind because they were short staffed, which is understandable but after over an hour of waiting I had to go back to work. The front desk graciously offered to reschedule my appointment at a later date in the late afternoon so I would not need to take any additional time off work for my teeth cleaning, only for the office to call me two days before my appointment and say that’s not feasible and they won’t be fulfilling that appointment and I would have to come in earlier. Frustrated is an understatement and I will be switching dentists after this, the lack of communication within this office is absurd.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE !!! I was looking for a dentist fast to get something fixed and decided to try them out ! Everyone from the front desk to x-rays to sitting in the chair was so awesome and great ! They make you feel comfortable and can tell they truly care about your needs and making sure you are happy. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a new dentist!! I will forsure be going back and appreciate how fast and efficient they are!

Stay away from this place. They OVERTREAT! If they ever say you need some dental treatment, please get a second opinion from another place. This clinic belongs to Smile Point corporation, and they tend to over treat a lot of patients. I am reporting one of their doctors for malpractice to the Texas dental board.

Everyone is very friendly and caring. Bothe doctor and assistant kept checking up on me during procedure to make sure I was doing ok and would stop procedure if I was having an issue. I definitely recommend them for your dental issues.
