I was very impressed with this dental office. Very friendly, clean, modern and welcoming. This was my first visit and I was gifted a great coffee mug as a welcome. This will be my permanent dentist moving forward and I highly recommend it to everyone. My 4 year old daughter had her 1st visit here too. They were excellent with her and made her comfortable enough that she wants to go back! I'm very appreciative of all the staff there and how well they treated me and my family.

Today was my son’s very first dentist visit. He is a shy little guy so needless to say we were both filled with anxiety about going. Walking inside the waiting was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful. The receptionist was amazing, and the hygienist? Amazing!!! She made Rowan feel comfortable, was patient, offered polite advice and did everything that Rowan needed to feel comfortable and safe. The dentist was just as respectful and pleasant as everything I already described. What a blessing it is to have a whole Dentists office dedicated to making all our first timer’s first experience one that helps them to WANT to come back.

For starters, it was my very first time going in there and I didn’t know what to expect. But the moment I walked in once I told the receptionist my name she already knew I was a new patient and gave me a gift because it was my first time. Gave me a tour and was so so sweet. I sat down and the wait time was short. When I was called back the lady who took me back gave me another tour and told me about all of the machines they have and what they’re for and the picture of all the dentists and who I would have that day. She went above and beyond as well. Made me feel at ease. And she was so reassuring from the moment I sat in that chair and she shut the door so I had privacy. The dentist was so reassuring. Everyone was so amazing I couldn’t express it enough. I honestly couldn’t.

Nightmare of an experience. Set up a plan with the owner and dentist and every tooth he puts in feels like plastic and have no shape or structure whatsoever. Every time I ask him to shape a tooth to make my bite comfortable again he says no I can’t do that and would continue replacing good solid crowns and then removed a perfect bridge (that I had for 5 years with no pain or discomfort) to a different material and very painful and discomfort (his assistant actually did all my crowns and bridge replacements. Not the dentist) I finally jumped out of my chair explaining how miserable my teeth have become since I came to his office. I spent 14k and never got a cleaning which was a year overdue? I have gone to Lapwai Indian clinic and had nothing but great experience and no problems or issues of pain.. After going here I became fearful of getting any work done because now I’m paying to have everything he did replaced and fixed properly. (And put a tooth on the implant he had put in and never put a crown on?) even though I had paid for a tooth? Please go anywhere else but here if you want to have any crowns bridges etc. I wondered why I heard children screaming in fear on about every visit. Until I was the one screaming in fear and leaving the office in worse conditions than I come in with…
I don’t know how he gets away with what he does but I wish he would be investigated by the health department or something. And save others from being his victim
