I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sovetsky. He was incredibly gentle and careful, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. At the same time, his enthusiasm and personable nature made the visit surprisingly enjoyable! He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease. Still waiting for them to call me back, after i called them as they said.
I let them know that every single one of my filings that they "did" have to be te filled because they left tons of gaps within the filing. Now i have to pay another dentist to re-do all the work all over again. It had been about a month that i was told their manager will be calling to see what they could do. I should really get a fully reimbursement.
Their staff needs more training, more time to work correctly and the right equipment to work with.

Takes forever to get a dentist appt when you need fillings. Was told they have appts then later told you're going to have to wait for three months. What good is it, if you can't utilize a service when you need it. Another issue is sending you for dental work you don't need, you end up spending money you didn't have to. Was actually sent to a dentist where he talked about me to other patient as I could here him also did not do job correctly, reimbursed me half but I had to end up going to a whole other dentist to get work done correctly. That's when I was told the other two recommendations could be fixed without the major work that was recommended and would have costed me way more money out of pocket. Before going to new dentist I paid over $6,000 for work that could have been done differently with a more reasonable cost. Since they get kick backs on the recommendations, it's in their best interest to do so. All about the money not about the consumer.

Poor quality, they tried to bring you in for way too many appointments. They only work on one tooth at a time, the first appointment, it's a waste of time they don't do anything, but charge you full price then they bring you in months later for the dental work. Especially if you don't have insurance, their prices keep going up worse than a regular dental office. This is supposed to be an income based program.
