Let me start off by saying I hate going to the dentist, it’s been a very long time since I’ve seen my last dentist. I had a bad experience when I was as a child and just never found a good dentist. However this place, has made me feel welcomed. Dr Gary has been so supportive and helpful and has taken the time to explain everything to me. Today I also met Jake one of the assistants here and he was so wonderful as well. I’m very happy with this office with the office staff as well. I will keep coming back. Thank you all!

Stephanie Minor did my deep cleaning. She was amazing! She communicated each step so well. She offered good suggestions for the future. It took all my fears away! And I was scared. I had heard horrible stories about deep cleaning.

Poor customer service. I had an appointment today and came in to find out it was cancelled because of lack of confirmation. The front desk workers mentioned I should have received numerous text notifications but I did not receive any and when I voiced this the woman continued to tell me that I should have… although I didn’t. I asked how they could fix that issue and was told there was nothing they could do. I almost requested contact to their management but decided not to. I’ve never had an appointment canceled at any office for lack of confirmation, scheduling the appointment is confirmation of the appointment. I asked if they sent emails and they don’t. I had to drop my child off far to childcare and took the day off work and scheduled this appointment weeks in advance. My appointment should not have been canceled and it was evil for them to do so. I hate the dental industry because so many dental offices do not value the time of their patients and the health of their patients.

There are some minor issues with being late that I don’t like because of how far away I live but honestly it’s doable to have great care.
My hygienist and dentist are amazing!!! I have had dental issues my whole life and struggled to find care that didn’t hurt or shame me for not being able to afford what I needed. They are very clear and understanding. My dentist tells me the plan is what we are working towards.
Today I had a deep cleaning and filling. They were fast and nearly painless!!! Thank you!!!

They clearly hire anybody. Three bad experiences.. Most of those behind the counter people only know how to read the same two lines of the script. if you ask them to explain, it hurts their ego. Never felt more like a number. I'll take my money elsewhere. On one note Gary was good. Unprofessional scam business

We are very disappointed with how they treated my wife and discriminated. She had an appointment on the 8th and received a call to confirm her appointment a day before. She called back to confirm her appointment and also she received an email for the confirmation.
When she got there they said that her appointment was canceled even though she showed the email of the confirmation. This happened before but we let it pass. We have been with this office for years and every time is something wrong either with the service, bills, or the front desk. We are tired of how they service us. We will not recommend them any more.

I love the dentist Heather Olson, and most of the dental staff is okay, but when I went there on 10/24/24 and had an immediate denture done and the office billed my insurance which allowed $1053.40 and paid 501.70 and states my responsibility was $551.70 and my secondary insurance thru Metlife federal coverage paid $769.00 which totaled 1270.70 I was still charged 769.00 out of pocket which brings the total to $2039.70. Now it seems to me that this practice only submitted a claim for $1959.00 and refuses to give me my money back. To me this clearly is fraudulent billing, has anyone else experienced the same thing No wonder why most people avoid the dentist. Looks like I will be going back to absolute dental at least they were financially honest with me.

I have been going to this location for 7 months now. I can confidently say that I am a fan of Luz, the dental hygienist. Dr. Pennington was very pleasant and took his time to answer all of my questions.
