Let's C U Smile Dentistry

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this dentist office originally they would not do my dental cleaning. They said they would respond and give me a call back never heard back. I decided to stop waiting for months and go to a different doctors office came to request my documents. They required me to fill out a form they said in a week or so I will go and send it to your new dentist. Fast forward a few weeks now my new dentist office has not received anything and I showed up to their office today to be able to get a check up on what’s going on with my paperwork that I’ve been requesting and of course nobody’s at the front lobby. The lady in the back just looked at me didn’t even engage any part of noticing that I’m there so I gave them a call while I’m at their office , asking when somebody has time to please give me a call back cause I’d love to get this handled and not come to this office. I do not recommend this office. I’m even trying to get information settled for my husband as well and it’s getting nowhere either.

Dr.Haynes and her staff are AMAZING! They explain what they are doing/what areas (previous dentist just sat me in the chair and didn’t explain anything) the office it’s self is super nice but the staff is even better! Big shout out to Dina the office manager she is very outgoing, Amelia (like Amelia Earhart as she says lol) the dental assistant she made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me and Dr.Haynes for taking great care of me!

If I could give no stars I would. Never answer their phone and are very unprofessional. Found out recently I had an infected fractured root canal while going here for years!!! How did this not catch their attention!? Also when I would go to get my cleanings, I have had cuts and blood blisters on the side of my cheek and gums. To top it all off they would tell me a price and when I would check out it would be completely different and double the price. Is this how you treat people that have been a customer for years? In my opinion they are only out for the money they do not care about anything else! When trying to get my fractured tooth pulled they told me they would pull it sat there forever only for them to tell me to go home and they would come up with a price and call me here it is 2 weeks later no call back or answer. Today I finally got it pulled the SAME day and not by them thank god. Please if you have any common sense DO NOT GO HERE.

This Dental clinic is the best one I have ever been to. Not only is everyone very professional, but they are extremely kind as well. Dr Hayes is gentle and thorough. I actually enjoy going to my appointments.

Always had bad experience with dentist so I never went until i had to by then my teeth were in bad shape. I learned to talk keeping my head down never letting people see me smile at all if i did i did it with my hand over my mouth. Honestly I picked Lets C U Smile because of the name. The first visit is consult when I opened my mouth for exam I was embarrassed. Dr. Haynes was so professional ,gentle and never once made a remark that made me feel bad. I thought wow could this be true I had found a great dentist?. When you first walk in the office the receptionist greets you she is a sweet awesome person. Dina the Office Manager, wow now this gal is the best it was her help in the finance area that allowed me to keep coming having my work completed.I couldn't of done it without her help. I would still be talking into my hand. At the consult you receive a 'Work Up Plan' it has all the procedures you will need to have a great smile along with each procedure the price is attached to it so you can see exactly how much it will cost. This plan also is broken up into sections so you are not overwhelmed with cost. Each section is doable and affordable. I didn't call for my first real appt until 8 months after my consult. I never once had any discrepancy with the price these last 9 months. I have never experienced anything but helpful nice and professional staff at Lets C U Smile. I also had no pain with any procedures once numbed of course and I had root canals and bone grafting. I actually nodded off for a sec during one of my root canals the Dr. touched my cheek I woke up and we had a laugh that is how relaxed you are when you are there. The Dental Assistants work well with Dr.Haynes and are so nice as well. Just recently I finished my work plan. When they handed the mirror to me I looked at the final piece and started to cry my smile was back indeed!! People always told me I had a great smile I again thanks to Lets C U Smile have that smile I missed so much. The Dentist that Specializes in Cosmetic and General Dentistry you can come with any dental issue she can do it all her staff along with her kindness my mind has been changed. I will be coming back for my check ups and cleanings I trust her and wouldn't think about anywhere else except for Lets C U Smile.

They get (5 stars) for arrogance, lying and being RUDE. P.S. Don’t say please to them, they treat that word as an insult. Find any other true ‘professional dentist’, in town. And they charges are too high.

The manager (Mike) is a complete jerk. He and I discussed the work that apparently needs to be done, and I expressly told him that I had to discuss it with my wife before I could commit to the procedures. I never got back to him because we were going to have to wait until maybe tax season to front that kind of money, I was recently unemployed and the money just wasn't there. Then I get a bill charging me for a "cancelled appointment"! I called him, very upset about this. He was INSISTENT that he could never have made that mistake and that *I* was the one who was wrong (great humility and customer service skills, huh?). He also mocked me for having been unemployed recently and said he'd just send the bill to collections. On top of that, he was very rude to my wife when she called to discuss an appointment that she made but could not attend because she was very ill. He charged her as well and although she was a new patient and was willing to make another appointment, he was extremely short with her and threatened to charge her the $50 UNLESS she rescheduled! The receptionist was also rude and hung up on me when I told her that I wanted to speak to Mike about the charges and the rude behavior toward my wife. Don't ever go to this place, they are awful. I honestly have no idea how they are still in business or AT LEAST how he and that receptionist are still employed.

Amazing dentist, hygienist, assistant and office staff. Loved every single one of them. I’m terrified of the dentist and they made me feel relaxed and were extremely professional and efficient.
