We saw Dr. McElligot for our daughter’s posterior tongue & lip tie. Our experience was phenomenal. Most importantly, the release has dramatically increased our babies ability to feed from both the breast & bottle. In addition to that, our experience with EVERYONE at Lexington Smile was wonderful. Everyone is kind, supportive, and clearly explains everything involved in the release process. What really stood out to me was the follow up. We got both calls & texts checking in on us for 3 weeks after the release. We were able to ask any questions and feel reassured of our progress. I would highly recommend this practice if you are evaluating a release!

Would highly recommend Dr.M!! Brought my 4 month old in for a lip and tongue tie release and she was absolutely amazing. So caring, helped to make my husband and I feel comfortable with the procedure. She evens reaches out to check on your little one!!

We saw Dr. Lindsey McElligot at Lexington Smile Studio for my daughters lip and tongue tie revision and she was amazing! The whole experience was great. I had a lot of anxiety about it and the whole office was supportive and reassuring. They provide a ton of support and really do everything they can to make sure you have success with the procedure. I highly recommend this practice!

The experience couldn't have been better- my life and I were nervous about our 4 1/2 year old tongue tie procedure. However, the office and Dr. Lindsey was reassuring and comprehensive. The procedure was quick and my son didn't even cry (not always common). The follow up care was fantastic. We ordered retainers for my daughter and was told it takes 2-3 weeks. However, after 6 weeks (twice amount of time) and many phone calls, we still have not received them. We were told to wait another 2-3 weeks yesterday. They didn’t even follow up the order with the company at all - highly irresponsible. We had to call to check the status which is the time they realized the retainers have not been made. Apparently, the order never sent to the company that supposed to make it. Therefore, we requested to cancel the order but the dentist refused to refund us. We should have ordered from her orthodontist originally made the retainers - it took less than a week. Not sure how much longer we need to wait Very frustrating as my daughter needs the retainers. This is simply unacceptable!

I brought my 3 month old for a tongue and lip release and thanks to the wonderful staff it was such a breeze! I felt very supported and well informed. They took care of my baby so well during the procedure. They also made sure I got a good handle on the post release stretches before sending me home. Very friendly and professional!

So I’m about half way through my treatment at Dr. Gatti, and thus far I’ve been absolutely delighted with the service from Lexington Smile Studio.
Let’s start at the front office…the staff at the front desk have been wonderful. Every communication with them has always, without exception, been courteous and respectful. Of note, the office manager (name withheld for privacy sake) literally made my treatments possible by using some creative payment options, and did so with grace.
On the day of my extractions, the technician who served me looked out for my comfort from the beginning by properly adjusting the head rest and providing excellent technical support for Dr Gatti.
Now I’ve been going to the dentist since 1966, and over the years I’ve been helped by many different dentists, so I know what I’m talking about when it comes to Dr Gatti. He has a kind and friendly demeanor, and having had so many dentists in the past I can attest to his technical abilities. His work is precise and quickly executed, with my comfort first and foremost.
I feel confident that I could recommend Lexington Smile Studio to anyone who asked.
