Beware! Dentist is decent however staff is terrible. My appointment was scheduled for a cleaning and chipped tooth repair - which Dr Sonya Adam’s repaired initially. I arrived 10 minutes late (cut off is 15 minutes per staff) and they took me back immediately for the cleaning. When I mentioned that the chip tooth was supposed to be fixed today as well. The hygienist looked at me like I was crazy and went to speak to the front desk staff. I followed her up there and told the receptionist that the priority was fixing the chipped front tooth that the dentist previously fixed. They told me that I had to get my teeth cleaned first and the time is scheduled after that to fix the chip tooth. They informed me that the cleaning will take too long and the dentist wouldn’t be able to fix the tooth so I told her let’s just do the tooth repair only and I can come back later for a cleaning. Then the story changed to there wasn’t time to fix the tooth even though they just told me that was what was scheduled after the cleaning. Then they wanted me to pay a $35 fee Because I wanted to fix my tooth instead of a cleaning for a “missed appointment“ LOL. Even though I was there for services. This tells me that there was no plan of even fixing my tooth because why are they saying I missed an appointment when I’m sitting there in front of them or, as usual, the staff if being a “B” again. SCAMMY to say the least. Honestly, I’ve been dealing with the one rude, obnoxious, pitiful person at the front desk for several years, but this was the final straw. Good luck to Dr. Adams and her endeavor to keeping her patients! Terrible customer service.
