An update for my experience and I couldn't be happier I love how the staff and Dr. Afzali really cares about their patients and are very understanding when we're having financial problems and would love to immediately help with our health. I am a surgical case patient my mouth was so complicated and the first few orthodontist I went to wanted to do surgery and I said no because I am terrified but later lifetime Dental saves my life from getting surgery and I feel so honored to feel so special. I am also super excited to have my braces off and enjoy my smile for the first time in years! Thank you Dr. Afzali and every staff member!

I used to hate going to the dentist but the team here is AMAZING. Very understanding and flexible with appointments and communication. Front desk is friendly and hygienist/dentists make you comfortable and answer any/all questions you may have regarding procedures. Procedures are done in a timely manner as well. Lifetime Dental & Fastbraces has been a breath of fresh air. I've always hated going to any dentist in the past, but Lifetime Dental changed all that when I decided to get braces at 62 years old. DR. Afzali and staff go above and beyond for their patients. the staff and Dr, Afzali are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and organized. I was able to use both the Riverside and San Bernardino locations to suit my needs.

The process for my fast braces was thoroughly explained by Dr. Afzali and staff and after only 9 months, I think my teeth look amazing, I am really happy with the outcome so far. The Riverside and San Bernardino locations are clean and professional and I trust them for any and all dental needs, you get more than just dental work, you get piece of mind that the work you're having done is quality care and Lifetime

My Experience.
At lifetime dental was Big mistake, They put in 4 in plants. Is charge me Eight, One Was crooked and one fell out and the other 2 was Infected had to be removed, They put in 7 crowns that were too big and could not eat with. They had to be removed. Then they pulled my teeth and put in oversize temporary dentures which I cannot eat with.
I have no bottom dentures because of the faulty work. They are very inexperienced dentist and I do not recommend them
