My choice to Make that phone call to Lincoln Crossing Dental was the best choice!
My Son was seen by Dr. a couple of years ago. And I remembered his attention he received was very comfortable.
And it has been year's since I have taken care of myself with dentistry.
Getting an appointment immediately was very comforting . Hygienist had given me a deep clean as well as doctor taking care of my pained tooth.

The Staff, and care is what I needed, and appreciated.

I called other offices and it would be months to get in as a new patient. I was able to get in at Lincoln Crossing Dental within a week! Great service. Friendly staff. Dentist was very personable and understanding. I will definitely make this my home

I've had great experiences up until today. The entire staff is friendly and great, but the interaction with Dr. Phen will be the reason I look for a new dentist. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but he was extremely rude and seemed rushed; as if I was interrupting his day . If you're going to ask a patient to spend over $2,500, perhaps you should be a little more courteous and seem like you care.

I also just found out I was lied to. I changed insurance companies to Aetna Dental. When I called to book the appointment, they confirmed that Aetna is in-network so I wasn't expecting a co-pay for regular cleaning. However, Aetna confirmed they are out of network so now I am responsible for a portion of the service. I'm done with this place.

I can't say enough good things about Lincoln Crossing Dental! Dr. Phen is incredibly kind and always makes me feel like part of the family. I go in regularly for cleanings with the hygienist Elaine, and she is hands down one of the best hygienists I have ever had. The conversations with Elaine are always delightful, and her light touch ensures that I never experience any discomfort. It's one of the best hygienist experiences I've ever had. Overall, I highly recommend Lincoln Crossing Dental for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Lincoln Crossing Dental is wonderful. No one really loves going to the dentist but here the staff are always friendly and professional and I know we will be taken care of. They have helped me with fixing work others had done poorly in the past and they do a great job. I highly recommend Lincoln Crossing Dental!
