I had to write a review after my experience this week. My filling fell out and I called to get an appt to get it fixed. I was very crunched on timing and they managed to fit me in. They even made sure to block time to be able to fix it and not just examine. I couldn't coordinate by phone so they changed to text abd that was perfect. I also got a recommendation for a helpful fix in the mean time. (I didn't need it so I can't review the but the idea they were even willing to recommend something in the meantime was pretty great.) Then I showed up for the appt and there was no wait. I was greeted well and great attention was paid to the small details I'd mentioned in the past about anesthetic wearing off and my sensitivity to epinephrine. I know accomodating all that can be a workflow crunch for offices and demands more close attention and swift detail. They were sensitive to my pain levels and sensitive to my time crunches. Everyone worked well together and overall it was a great experience. Dr Gibson, Jessica and Justin were so wonderful. This office has gone through many changes but I think it's been worth it because this was a great experience and who says that about a visit to the dentist to get a filling?

I have always hated the dentist and for no solid reason.....nonetheless, hate going, even for checkups. Livermore Dental Care, and Dr Gibson specifically, were recommended to me by a neighbor. Have to say I no longer get over anxious about cleanings, and happily return every 6 months. The staff is friendly, gentle and compassionate. So grateful to have found a dentist / team, I will actually go into for regular check-ups, happily. Best part is there are tvs in the ceiling, so if you are like me, and need the distraction, this makes the experience so much calmer. Highly recommend!

Very helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They were more than willing to answer any of my many questions and with a smile on their face. The office is very nice and very modern, and the staff there are very courteous making sure that you're happy and comfortable every step of the way towards that perfect smile. Big difference from my last dental office. All I got to say is that this will be my last dental office, I finally found somewhere great! What can I say, it was great as always! Everyone is always welcoming and I loved my hygienist. Stephanie was very sweet and extremely thorough. It was very easy to feel comfortable, so much so I almost fell asleep during my cleaning. Dr. Lim came in for my exam and I appreciated her being so informative, I’m excited to see her again for my crown! Highly recommend 👍

Kimberly is by far the best hygienist I've ever had work on my teeth. She is extremely professional, but at the same time friendly and comforting. No one cleans my teeth besides Kimberly from now on. You can tell that she is passionate and cares about patients. Thank you Kimberly!!!

Martha and Lisa have also been incredibly helpful in accommodating my complicated work schedule. Lisa helped me get in right away to complete my cleaning, and made my life so much easier. I've never been to a better Dental clinic than Livermore Dental Care. Thank you guys so much.

I have always had an excellent experience here. On my first visit I had an impacted molar emergency and the doctor cleared his entire schedule to take care of me. They have taken excellent care of me over the years since. I highly recommend to everyone who asks.

I initially came to LDC for my routine cleaning. I was fortunate to be taken care of by Shawn and Dr. Chau. They did a thorough evaluation of my teeth, and did a wonderful cleaning. I came back today for a crown, and April and Dr. Gibson made an amazing team to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. Everyone here is so nice and professional. I am happy I came across this office.
