Dr Lopez and his assistant Maddie are the best in the business. I have been going to him since they opened. And we have always been treated like family. But most important he always recommends the best treatment suited for your dental needs…Maddie compliments Dr Lopez she knows the next steps in your treatment so knowledgable!

I have been here twice and both times I was kept waiting for over an hour before the dentist even came in to see me. My appointments took 2 hours each and they spent a total of 15 minutes actually helping me. I also saw another woman wait for over 45 minutes in the lobby because the staff forgot about her, but I could see at least 4 employees sitting at the front desk talking and ordering coffee.

Dr Lopez and his staff are amazing! They were very kind, I have an irrational fear of the dentist. They made me feel very at ease. I felt like they really cared about not only my teeth but also making sure I was comfortable.

So disappointed once again. I've given Dr. Lopez and his staff multiple chances over the years to become a professional office. This is not the first time they've cancelled my appointment the day before.
Ronda, the hygienist, made an appointment for me 6 months out after my last visit while I was sitting in her chair. I receive a voice message, not stating the persons name leaving the message, "It looks like your appointment was scheduled incorrectly." Surprise surprise...a theme with this office. If the office makes the appointment for you, how was it scheduled incorrectly and it wasn't brought to my attention months ago.
I've referred a lot of clients to this office and they have all left due to unprofessionalism from the front staff, wrongful diagnosis (Smiles stated unnecessary work to be done. Yes, they got 2nd opinions. Smiles overcharging significantly) and schedule changes all the time. I've been with this office for over 10 years. Disappointed that they missed the mark again! If you don't value your time or schedule, stay at this office.

Not very happy with my experience yesterday. My daughter was supposed to have a procedure done, but there was a traveling dentist on duty who didn't agree with the procedure. I paid them 600 dollars in cash and couldn't even get my money back that's crazy. I kept my cool, because trust me if i was someone else it would've been a problem. I shouldn't have to wait weeks for my money to come in the mail. Just unethical. And yes, i agree with the previous review they are real bad when its comes to billing. I sacrificed to even pay that money, Christmas just passed and rent is due they should've returned me my money immediately.

This place can’t figure out billing if they had to. My wife went in for a basic filling and cleaning, we paid what they assured her was the “correct amount”. After multiple reimbursement checks from our dental insurance that needed to go back to this dental office (according to them), and multiple phone calls to verify that we don’t owe anything. We end up receiving a bill a month later that no one in there office can figure out why... We have called and left messages multiple times and keep getting “I have to talk to a manager to figure it out, we’ll call you back”, no one ever calls back. It’s now taken so long for them to not do anything, this mysterious bill has been sent to collections. I cannot begin to say how frustrating this place has been for something so simple.

New to the area and needed a new dentist. I read reviews all the time but I wanted to try this place as they were recommended by a friend who’s a patient there. So much of these reviews are way off. I had a great experience. Dr Lopez redid an old filling for me, I got my teeth cleaned and walked out all done in 1 visit. I appreciate
the honesty and time everyone takes as I was new to the office. It was busy when I was there and I watched staff run around to try to get people taken care of.
Give this office a chance. We are all human and there are two sides to every experience.

I got my Root Canal done by Dr. Agrawal and her assistants Daylisha, Florence and they did amazing. I had a root canal done before in a different office with a different Endo Dr. and it was a horrible experience, so when I was told that I needed another root canal, I expected to feel pain and for it to be a long appointment but Dr. Agrawal and her team made everything very smooth with less than an hour and I didn’t feel any pain during my treatment! Thank Dr. Agrawal, truly appreciate it! 🫶🏽
