Few weeks ago I went in needing to get some blood work done. Only one man on duty, he almost didn't let me in the door, then once inside when I asked to get the testing appt., he looked up my info in the system. Told me that since I hadn't been there in 3 yrs I was no longer considered a patient there! EXCUSE ME?! How is someone supposed to get help then? Literally no one else was anywhere within sight..Place was empty of staff, patients, etc. Doctors seem to work only awhile before leaving, medical/office staff are decidedly unfriendly, unhelpful etc.
UPDATE 9/25/24:
Had an appointment scheduled for several months. Half an hour before I was going in, someone called me letting me know that, "We're just letting you know that Dr. So n So actually doesn't work here anymore!!" 30 mins. BEFORE I was supposed to be there!! What about the couple months previous when the staff should've known this particular doctor had left?! It's obviously a training clinic for people just beginning jobs in the medical, nursing etc fields. 🤔🙄

I was sitting there waiting for my name to be called for an appointment at 9:45 wait until 10:30 watching other patients get in before me me even though I was one of the first there everyone else goes first get your shit together with your damn appointments

Need to share I’ve had the worse experience ever this clinic hires new people that don’t know what they are doing and they just work because they need a paycheck , they do t care for their patients , medical assistant and referral department as well I have to get an appointment with specialist and nobody has gotten back to me until I fix things my self so sad that staff and assuming managers never follow up with what’s happening in their clinic. WORSE CLINIC IVE EVER BEEN TO , LA PEOR CLÍNICA QUE E ESTADO EN ESTOS 2 años

LCH has been my go to for many years. Having a pharmacy at the Livingston location I thought would be convenient for me, however they open at 9am when the clinic opens at 8am! This means by the time I'm done with my provider I not only have to wait about 30min for them to open, but another 30min for my meds to be filled. It turns out the pharmacy is not the best thought out plan that LCH had... I hope their time changes in the future to cut back on the wait time we patients experience. Thank you!

The medical staff is amazing!! It’s the receptionist that have screwed me over repeatedly. I’ll schedule an appointment at a time, get a confirmation txt with a different time then come in and they’ll have a completely different time. I told them that I don’t live at home so have my therapist call my cellphone not my home phone just for them to lie to me about “relaying the message” and screw me over. They are rude too and just unorganized.

Dr Nora Vue likes to cancel appointment's last minute. The receptionist have nasty attitudes when your not even speaking in a rude manner to them. Currently I'm looking to switch fast.

Honestly, the male staff there are amazing but the female staff need to do better. The ladies in the front have an attitude way too much and need to show more compassion towards patients…. Don’t work there if you don’t like helping people. You realize it’s healthcare right? Do better female staff.
