The worst service ever ! No emphaty once so ever on the patient. Adults are allowed 1 visitor understandable while children are allowed 2 . Ok got it . Then the tricky part when you are visiting a parent in outpatient surgery and your mother's back there so you decide to switch off they tell you no only 1 person and only the same person. Online and every where else it's 2 person . Not anywhere on policies and guidelines does it state cannot switch . Also the receptionist can have better etiquette. Short story dad had an outpatient surgery came for moral support for mom and dad drove over 2 hours away just to be told I cannot see my dad for a second 😢 while mom waits in the waiting room. Adults just as children need 2 visitors no matter what ! My mom was an emotional Rollercoaster I came for the both of them to be strong one and this is the outcome let my mom be alone in there crying looking at my dad while I cannot support them both. Ridiculous... love you dad sorry they couldn't let me see you.

Love their bedside manner. My daughter came in for surgery with Dr. Douglas Van Putten and he was excellent! From the moment we met him he explained everything and made her feel comfortable and at ease. All the staff at the surgical center were friendly and helped my daughter feel relaxed and less anxious . She had a nurse by the name of Galen who was exceptional!!! Thank you all for everything and continue to do God's work!!

My mother (senior citizen) was scheduled for surgery and onsite at 1400 on 6/24/20. Instead she was bumped to accommodate another patient, which moved her procedure later in the day 1630. This resulted in the allotted time for her recovery going beyond their outpatient hours for the Department. What did they do let wait with her to recover. . .NO instead they sent her home still groggy and weak. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Cramming in surgeries to make it a meat (veggie-meat) market is a bad move and a horrible Witness. I'll be calling Administrative offices to lodge formal complaint tomorrow.

Nurse staff are the best would give them a 10 🌟.....but my mom use to say, be careful of your friendships
Doctor Chalam (eye doctor) in a polite way to say it, unprofessional that's all I'm giving him

My question is, Loma Linda is a specialist facility, who does the enterviews?

Who ever the receptionist is needs to be fired went in there fir my sons surgery and went to the waiting room and she kicked me and my other son out of the waiting room.... she could of explained it better but said incant be there with my other son but the way she said it was rude there were plenty of other family's in there with kids.... I asked should I sit outside with a 6 year old and she shrugged her shoulders
