Great customer services, all the staff is polite Marisol and Veronica really greet you with kindness and make you feel like you are part of the family,
Mayra is so kind and greets with a great smile and great attitude. I really appreciate Mickey for taking the time and being gentle while taking the x-rays which can be intimidating but she makes you feel comfortable. Also the general manager Claudia was really helpful and demonstrated patience while explaining the procedures and payment plan and did not hesitate to gladly answered all my questions.
Love to come back for appointments. Really great place

Dr. Park and his team are amazing! Throughout my two-year orthodontic treatment, they provided excellent service. Dr. Park has always been transparent, and each visit felt personal. He took the time to explain where I was currently and where he wanted me to be, tracking my progress throughout the treatment. The manager (I believe his name is Cuco) has also been incredibly helpful and provided outstanding service.

I had a very frustrating experience with Long Beach Dental and Orthodontics. I paid for my treatment in installments, with a total cost of $1,000. My first payment was $500, and I scheduled two additional payments of $250 each. However, I later decided to pay off the balance early and made another $500 payment.

Despite this, the clinic continued to charge me $250 every two weeks. When I noticed this, I called them, and they assured me they would fix the issue. But today, I was charged again. I called them once more, and they acknowledged the mistake but told me to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Now, I have to wait for the payment to process before taking any further action.

This entire situation has taken up a lot of my time, and it is completely the clinic’s fault. I should not have to go through the trouble of calling my bank and dealing with unnecessary delays.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic due to the significant inconvenience this has caused, especially since I have to handle the issue myself instead of the clinic resolving it properly.

I recently became a new patient here and everyone is super sweet here! I feel very welcomed with the front office whenever I get greeted by Vero, Marisol, Mickey and Mayra! One of the dental assistants in the back, Michelle, also is really kind and explains thoroughly before the doctor comes in. Dr. Pham is such a good doctor too, explains everything so well regarding any questions or concerns! Very happy that I had luck finding a good dentist office after moving here in Long Beach!

This place is great. They patiently answer all your questions and explain everything , leaving you feeling positive and hopeful about the whole process. I usually hate the dentist but this place is not bad. Cleo, Marisol, Myra, veronica at the front desk are very nice too! Definitely recommend. DR. PHAM is very professional and Mickey is super nice and helps you too feel relaxed and at ease. Solid homegirl.

If you are thinking about coming to this dentist for you or your child, this is your sign to click off and do not come here. I work in dentistry myself and work closely with dentists daily, and was baffled by the "care" I was given.

To start out I get to my appointment that was for a standard new patient exam and cleaning an hour early to fill out paper work. I wasn't brought back till 30 minutes after my appointment time. When I was finally brought back I was sat in a room for x rays for over 10 minutes before someone came to take them. Once the X-rays were done I proceeded to have to wait. When the dentist finally came over they took a look at my x rays and told the assistant to do sealants without even asking me if that was ok or something I wanted to do that day. When somebody sat down to do my cleaning, they proceeded to get back up and switch with somebody else to do it once that person sat down. They stopped midway and another person came to do it. The cleaning itself took over an hour just because people kept getting up and leaving and switching for a simple cleaning when they finally started doing the Sealant they didn't even put it on all the teeth that the doctor said because again they Kept having different people do it.

That same day, my teeth were sore and I didn't think anything about it And then a week goes by, and I was still having pain. Not to mention the fact that they sealed over the crack of my teeth, so I couldn't even floss in some of the places. I called and explained that I was having pain and couldn't even floss due to improper placement and the lady I spoke with was incredibly rude and wouldn't even go over any times with me that we're available. Moral of the story do not come here I had to go to another dentist to redo all of the mistakes that they made because I couldn't even trust them to fix it
