What a mess. I got in the office and it took them an hour to see me, but that was just the start. I had imaging done in order to get a referral for wisdom tooth removal, but never heard any follow up and tried calling the office for literally WEEKS to hear an update. The receptionist kept answering and saying someone else would call me back. I left 8-10 messages over the course of a month and never heard back. Have never been treated so poorly, it doesn't get much worse than this.

When I first moved to LA I had an serious dental abscess. I went to 3-4 dentists & no one would help me with my emergency, expect Dr. Tour. He has now been my dentist for 5+ years & I hope he never retires. If you need Dentist, look no further, Dr. Tour & his staff will make you and your teeth very happy!

Almost never pick up their phone. They send your insurance via snail mail and it takes 5 weeks minimum, and if the authorization doesn’t go through correctly then it takes another 5 weeks. The second time they needed to send, they didn’t send it. Awful place. Do not recommend

This office never disappoints. Great and thorough cleaning, fast service and friendly smiles each time. Walked in at 2 for my appointment. Got called straight to the back. Cleaning and polish started at 2:05 and. Walked out with a fresh Mount at 2:30. Plus the ladies are super friendly. Love it here
