Luma Dentistry

I was going to the Montevallo location until I moved, so the Sylacauga location is closer now. Both locations are great from the friendly environment and the awesome welcoming staff. They chat with you just like you are old friends. They talk you through everything and give you the best options and advice on how to forward with the best dental care. I recommend them to everyone.

This is what I had originally posted. And of course got the call and let us make it right. I was told.that was it unless I paid for it. I had already paid thousands of dollars and stuck with Dollar Tree teeth. The helping staff is awesome. And has no control over the decision maker. So no need for me to cal after being told you would NOT make it right. "I was so thrilled when I fist started my journey with Luma. But the fina result broke my heart. My dentures are horrible! My lips won't stay closed. They go up way to far in my mouth. The back teeth are to tall. If I smile.all you see is fake gum. It literally has changed everything. And the dentist didn't care. This was on my 3rd send back. And was let known my last. So as far as dentures no. Now I have to pay to try and find somewhere to do some more."

Told me a price and had to wait then the price when up by 1100$ because the place they sent me charged me more then they thought and I can't get my teeth fixed with out 1760$ or wait till the new year so I am going to have to wait 3 more months on top of the 4 I have already. I would give it a 1 but I know I am mad but I loved they place they sent me to get my root canal done so 10% of it wasn't bad.

I could not be more grateful and pleased than I am with Luma Dentistry - Sylacauga. One of my children has special needs and they were so kind and supportive. This includes the front office staff as well! The ease of filling out the new patient forms online makes it so much more convenient. I highly recommend this place if you’re searching for a new dentist.

Husband called to confirm that he could get an extraction . He was told that as long as he didn’t have an infection, the tooth could be extracted. Appointment was made. Arrived precisely 45 minutes before appointment. After X-rays and examination, NO infection. THEN he was informed that they had no one to do extractions, as the past Friday was her last day working there. Paid for x-rays and left. Why would a professional business schedule appointments for services they know they are NOT staffed for? Scam likely… Also digital X-rays were unreadable at the dental office he ended up at. So ended up paying for two sets of X-rays AND extraction.

Wow this place is great .First time in many years that ,you run across people that actually try to help you ,everyone was so friendly I would definitely recommend you trying these people out. Thank you to the ones that helped me today!

Super service and friendly professional staff. I’ve been a couple of times and they have run on schedule both times. I recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

It was my first time at this new location & def closer to where I was from so a much shorter commute. Nice office & Staff were very polite as well. Just had my second visit today 7/9/24 & all went well just like my first visit six months ago.
